I never heard of this bank hate it with a Passion women is very rude act like they got attitude to do they job keep brushing a person off tryna cash my check in they claim a third party has a hold on my money in I never ever had this issues until I worked for this bs company uncore security bitter older lady wouldn't let my check deposit in my account instead she made me wait weeks for my money wrote my name incorrectly in I had to get a whole new check in this bank is saying I can't cash it when they clearly stated get a new one hate this bank needs to be close only one person is tryna to help me in it's the black guy Charles everybody else is useless

I have been a customer for years, and they recently, (within the past 3-4 years), started offering online services. As of late, every time I withdraw money online, my account is charged twice, and it doesn't go back to normal until business hours. In many instances, I am not able to use my account! Payments are withheld until they correct it, which throws off any payments or withdrawals I want to make, especially on weekends. The employees at the physical location are wonderful, but I will be seeking a new banking institution ASAP!

Please make sure you have a full tank of gas when you go through the drive-thru teller, because how SLOW they move you’ll be on E before you know it. Never experienced a bank that where you’ll be in line for almost a hour before it moves
