After terrible service by the Union location, we stopped by the N Watkins location to get 3 propane tanks refilled. La-Toya was so helpful and friendly! She really went above and beyond with her customer service!

The service was terrible, was over charged, the truck I wanted was out of stock but I’m not sure how when I booked it online, the truck that was trying to be offered was just wrecked that day, then the truck I was given needed a wheel alignment and breaks, it was all around a horrible experience

I only walked in and because the manager was on a bad call when I entered. Started hollering very rudely naw I ain't got nothing, no reservations, no this and that talking about the customer on the phone. I can't this morning. It's to early. Get better customer service skills because you had a bad call don't reflect that to future customers. Thanks I will not be back.

This review isn’t really related to this particular uhaul location as it is to my uhaul experience from reservation through drop off. The lady at this location was very friendly. First, at reservation I accepted a Uhaul offer to drive about 30 miles from my one-way destination to drop off the 26’ truck at a location that needed the truck. Uhaul discounted my rental rate from $499 to $324. I added insurance and 2 dozen furniture pads to the reservation. All was good to go. Three days prior to pickup, I moved my pick up date back one day without any problems…no changes to costs mentioned. Two days prior to pickup, Uhaul texted me with a $25 credit offer to take a car hauler trailer to the truck drop off location. They explained that a family nearby the drop off location needed that equipment. With my permission, they called me and increased the offer to $75 credit. I accepted thinking it would lower my overall cost and I would help someone else in the process. Well, that was a MISTAKE!! When I got to Uhaul for pickup, I learned that I was responsible for any damage to that trailer unless I paid extra for insurance. That ate into my savings, but that’s not all that happened. Because of the changes that were made to my reservation (helping Uhaul out), my rental rate was changed in the process without any notification to me. That increase was $135. Not only that, but the furniture pads were not on the reservation any longer. Also, the mileage allowed and days allowed were not sufficient either. After a while on the phone with an area scheduler, the kind lady at Uhaul was able to fix the mileage and days. She also allowed me to take furniture pads without charge (I promised to bring them back to her of which I did). However, I had to file a complaint with Uhaul on the change in rental rate. I was told that I would receive a call from an area manager within 72 hours. That never came. When I got the truck home, there was machine oil in the floor of the truck. I put cardboard over it to protect my boxes and furniture. This should have been cleaned prior to me renting.Now for the kicker….when I dropped off the truck and car hauler, the gentleman there told me that he didn’t need it there. He was frustrated with Uhaul for sending him all of this inventory. He asked if I would drive it back to my destination….remember, I was to get a reduced rental rate to take this equipment 30 miles from my destination because they “needed” it. I told him I would drive it back if he could compensate me for the fuel and get my original rental rate back. He kept trying to get me to drive it back for free…that’s how badly he didn’t want this return. Haha. He called his area manager and was told to “just check it in. We don’t want to put this guy out any more.” Oh and he was going to try to charge the pick up location to clean up the oil in floor. Not sure how that went. I told him that it was there when I picked up the truck. Needless to say, I have not heard back from Uhaul on my complaint, and feel that I was taken advantage of in their “offers to help”. My overall cost increased substantially!! Very disappointed in Uhaul. They have always been my go to moving equipment rental company, but I will remember this experience before renting again.

Worse experience I ever had first the manager Ted had an attitude as if he didn’t want to work second I get overcharged upon returning the rental although I was on time returning it along with gas mileage in compliance.

Service was excellent! Ted goes extra mile to help customers. I left my tablet in van and Ted located it and is holding it for me until I get off work. Excellent service.

When I got to U-Haul, I learned they not only did not have the the size truck I reserved almost a month in advice, but they had none of the equipment I needed to help with my move. Also the man that was running the counter that day had a nasty attitude when I asked what was the point in making the reservation if U-HAUL still didn't have it available for me? His response was THAT'S HOW PEOPLE DO....The smaller truck I ended up with had Two low tires one on the front and one one the back...this was by far THE WORST experience I've ever had with U-Haul

We accidentally rented the wrong size truck and needed a bigger one she did look for 1 but told us that there wasn't 1 available in the state As it was a holiday. We rented the truck because we were in desperate need of moving After arriving at home we found out that there was a larger truck available only only a few miles from where we were moving to. We returned the truck within an hour but they still charged us for the whole day.

If I could give ZERO stars I would!! Terrible location/area, the worker was late getting to the facility after I had been waiting an hour & half… he explained the reason I couldn’t drop the key in the box is because the night before the box was stolen & several trucks were stolen from this property. Apparently this happens often at this location so beware if you come here after hours. The worker also told me people steal the trucks & sell the catalytic converter‘s on the trucks every week & can’t keep the box outside because people steal the keys & box right off the wall! Do NOT leave keys or truck @ this location or you’ll most likely be responsible for it. AVOID AT ALL COST!
