Staffs at this U-Haul location were friendly and helpful. The shop is clean and has many supplies for moving or relocation. Unlike the other location we researched, this shop has plenty vehicles to rent. We rent a 15" truck for couple hours with travel distance within 30 miles, and the total rental charges including packing materials were 70 dollars. Most transactions are digital processed so it was quick and hassle free. The truck we rent was a dinosaur and I was glad hubby knows how to wrestle with it driving on the crazy I-240 in Memphis. We managed to return it without accident. Overall, everything works fine in this shop for us. We will use their service again.
