The property managers at Summer avenue U-Store are great! Herb and Carolyn go out of their way to help their tenants very thorough professional and extensive and customer service. All around great people however there is a member of management from another location that substitutes occasionally over there she falsely accused me of urinating in a bottle I am a female and that is absolutely impossible, lol. Strangely, she followed me around a couple of times, eventually stopping me as I entered the property & pulled directly up to my storage unit, threatening to have my car towed for loitering, loitering!? I was at loss for words as I had been on that property no longer than 5 to 10 minutes when she accosted me. She threatened to pull my contract and have me evicted from the property I had no idea why she was saying these things what I had done could not believe it it blew my mind she was rude disrespectful, aggressive and all together nasty. The prices are a bit high but the management on site make it a good storage facility.

I had an excellent experience with this facility I've two unit here over the last 2yr the property is well lit always clean and access is available 24 hrs a day gates are never broken as my experience with other locations .The manager Carolyn returns calls promptly always willing to help and provides a positive experience with a sprinkle of sweet on top (she tries to keep candy for customers at the front desk along with other kool free things key chains etc) I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY !

My bank account was compromised and I contacted the store, asked them to give me time to get situation cleared. The Mgr said ok, thanks for calling, then immediately sent mail stating I would be charged $70 for being late, then sent letter threatening to sell my belongings.Absolutely no Compassion, Empathy, understanding of such a Dilemma for a 75 yr old lady.....

Local, clean, inexpensive, and convenient storage solution. Met my needs exactly. The lot, buildings, and drives are clean, well lit, and well maintained. I feel safe entering and leaving the grounds and my unit.

Carla was SO awesome! I rented a unit over the weekend. I usually have one THOUSAND questions! However she was so very thorough that I didn't have ONE! LOL She showed the unit to me beforehand and made this transaction seamless and oh so very pleasant! The facility is IMMACULATE as well! SUPER secure as well with the built-in alarms. THANK YOU CARLA! ??

I have used the services of Ustore over past many years. Clean 24 hour access. Mgrs on site. I have met several couples at this site. All have been. professional, helpful and kind. Prices are lower than competitors and a better facility. Tell them Debbie C. Sent you.

I rented a storage unit twice from this company and both times has reassured me that my property would not be broken into touched or harmed. If you need a safe place to keep your belongings U-Stor is definitely a great place to go. And if your ever late on paying like a day or two they will not sell your things just have to call them or go up there in person to pay on your unit because the online payment method would not be available if you tried to pay it after your scheduled due date.

This storage facility had a great security system working for them. The Mother and Son duet running it are very respectful, gracious and generous to their customers. The sizes are compatible with other storage facilities but I recommend this one if you need a unit.
