LOVELY customer service!!! I was literally late but called. Order was sent to wrong store & that was in fact my fault. They were so polite and helpful. They didn't owe me that. They went above and beyond. I'm so grateful. The DMV was supposed to give me a duplicate but made me take entire new photo in a next brace wo warning. Made me remove headband. I'll drive wo a DL claiming its lost before I show anyone that abomination. And the awesome lady upfront shares a birthday with my Leo. So...more points. GIVE THEM ALL RAISES!!! 💖 ✌️

Came by this location today to get make up products in hopes I would have a better experience with customer service than the the Germantown pkwy location. Once again, 8/9 workers and one person on the register. Walked in a lady walked past me and ignored me. No hi or hello from her or anyone working there. While shopping multiple employees walked by me and never offered any assistances, but were happy to help and ask the ladies in store if they were finding things okay. Idk where the sexist attitude towards men in the beauty world has infected this company but it’s disappointing.
When checking out. The cashier was on the phone with customer and another lady was up front just ignoring me and others in line to check out.

I would like to give a 5 star review to the Salon. I didn't get my hair done today but I walked in with a hair question. The Beautician was so knowledgeable and polite. She saved me from getting unnecessary hair cut off. I will definitely be making an appointment to get my hair done here. I totally forgot to get her name so I hope she sees this review and is able to respond so that I can make an appointment with her and I want to thank her for taking out the time to address my hair needs. Will definitely recommend others to come to this salon.

Website hours have been wrong for so long. Last time I thought it was just my fault or I read wrong, but no. Just know whatever time it says they close is actually an hour earlier.

I live 23 minutes away from this store and arrived at 8:05. I park, walk from my car to the front to see an employee at the door. She was quick to deny me and refused to hand me my order with a nasty attitude. It's not only 4 people walking up to expect to shop but there were a few people in the store shopping still. They have a sign outside that says closed at 8pm almost every day, but on Google and the company site, they close at 9 pm. My hair was ready to be washed tonight, and I have work in the am. It's highly inconveniencing to not get what I paid for all because of a 5 min difference. P.S. I wasn't even in curbside pickup, which does close at 8pm. So there was no reason to turn myself and ready customers around.

Please update your hours here and on your website to match what is posted on your door.
Reply: The store was not closed early it was closed according to the time list on the door of the store.
The times list on your webpage and Google for this store has another closing time listed. Which I did review before arriving to this location which closes at 8:00 pm not 9:00 pm.

I went looking for full face products and Ponet, (I am not sure if I spelled it right) did so great with helping my friend and I!! She was super nice and helpful. We had so many questions and she gladly answered each and every one of them! Customer service experience was a 10/10!!!
