UPS is probably the absolute worst parcel company in perhapse the world. I have been trying to get a trailer that was not suppose to be loaded out per my company's direction and these people loaded it. Sitting here in Memphis wasting yet another day waiting on UPS to sort this out.

2 stars cuz the address is wrong . It’s for tractor trailers . The address is wrong if you are trying to go to the customer center. Go down to the traffic light ? Carriers , make a right turn , go all the way down to the dead end. You will see FEDEX on your right & UPS will be on your left. Look to the left and you should see this building. It’s gated.

The dispatch white lady that works in the front office by the docks is very unprofessional and rude and had a attitude for no reason making demands talking about you have too to and you have to do that I thought we lived and worked in free world not a dictatorship and then has the nerve to try and stare someone down as if she is a ruler of the office my best advice to that office manager is to move her office seat to the dumpster and let her be with trash cause she makes your office and operation look and smell like the landfill recycle her best advice to driver’s stay away from this place don’t waste your time cause they wasted mine
