Sunday Amazon delivery false information saying that a delivery was attempted but it was not I watched Amazon vehicle drive right pass my home and did not attempt to delivery anything now I have to wait until Monday to get my package . The post office has to do better coming from a some one that use to be a carrier myself

Oh my,, I've paid the same bill 3 times because The Collection Agency I'm paying Have Not received Any Bills I've sent 2/26/25 .. What Da Heck is Going on At The Postal Service in Memphis,, Ruining My Credit!!!!! I Don't Pay Late Charges or Extra Fees it's your fault,But No one Will take Responsibility for It!!!

I hope this makes it to the training facilitator. This has been yet another terrible experience with usps. First the mail carrier claimed that they couldn’t deliver my mail and that they left a slip. Well when I went to the door to get the slip to see where to pick up my package there wasn’t a slip. ( this is where a training should be put in- have usps start taking pictures of there delivery). Call usps in the morning and express that an attempt wasn’t made I was home sick and there weren’t any notes from usps mail carrier. She proceed to assist me. However, didn’t have the right information. The number she is giving out to contact the local postal service is out of service ( this is where you would input another training- 1 st provide staff with the correct information 2nd stop calling the Memphis post office desoto it’s misleading and no consumer knows that’s the name of the building) . So I had to call back another young lady who tried her best to explain and she said sorry ( to her thank you) said I can go and pick up my items I said are you sure I don’t have a slip and she said yes they will have it( another opportunity for training- she should be able to call that location and make sure, she stated the number she gave me was the only number she had -the disconnected number) . So I go to usps once I get to the register and explain the first rude lady asked me who told you to come pick up a package ( another testing - keep notes in the system its usps nation wide) I told her customer service. She stated they don’t know walked away to find the item (training moment - she could have said one moment let me check). She then comes back ask me for the tracking number I provided it explains they don’t have anything. She points out the door and tells me to look for 2578 and tell them they don’t have my package. So I asked you want me to go out here and find a door that says 2578. She said maybe I didn’t say all of it go call on the phone. Once again doing the job of usps employees. After today I should get paid. So I go call and explain again what’s going on she states that maybe there was an issue because if an emergency yesterday. ( another training moment take responsibility for the lack of action). She tells me she has to find it and I have to come back she takes my number, tracking information and my name. Calls me before I leave the parking lot and explain she has the package I need to come back at 12. Go back at 12 stand in line for the Second Lady to help she only ask for my address so I give her my id. I was asking if she needed a tracking number and she walks away. ( another training moment check all means of identification march it to the package ask if it’s the right person) Low and behold it’s the wrong package. Of course I left before I even realized sadly I trusted that they were giving me my package with my name on it not just the address. Go back up there to the clerk and inform the clerk she gave me the wrong package. She asked me as if I was back there pulling packages I gave you the wrong package. I explain that it’s my husband package not mine. She walks away again looks around comes back and said that’s all we have asked what could she do u don’t know where it is and or what to do . She said call 2578, i told her I did and no one is answering.( perfect opportunity for training- how to deliver customer service effectively) I go call and explain the situation again and she states that all they pulled I had to explain it’s not the same it only has the same address not name or product or tracking number. This could have been avoided if usps had better systems, better training for staff and a protocol put in place for situations like so. I shouldn’t have to drive around the city looking for post offices, or packages, or calling around trying to gather information, and lastly I should not have to deal with doing usps employee jobs. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES FROM THE CALL CENTER TO THE CLERKS THIS SHOULD NOT HAVE EVER BEEN A PROBLEM.

This is really sad. First, my Christmas mail was delivered opened. I pray you enjoyed taking from children's Christmas gifts. Today my mail carrier just left my apartments and none of my mail for this week was in my mailbox or they put it in someone's mailbox other than mine. If someone cashes my check I will be pressing charges against the carrier for negligence and fraud for the person who cashes it. It wasn't enough to steal my children Christmas money out of their Christmas card. This is ridiculous and USPS needs to do better

I’m pretty sure they stole a package from me and attempted to steal another. Last month for our wedding anniversary I received a card that had been opened already. Thankfully the sender is smart enough to not send a check or cash to us since we live in Memphis. I hope y’all enjoyed reading that card and seeing our wedding pictures. I would have loved to have seen the looks on the criminals (employees) faces when they realized there was no money in there. How can the government not track down these thieves and fire them?

Any post office in Memphis is awful. I buy a lot of stuff on Amazon for my business, and 1 out of 10 packages AT LEAST get “lost” in Memphis. Also if you go to work for the USPS, and go through training in Memphis, watch out for the tall skinny old as dirt AA woman if you are white, because she hates us, and doesn’t hide it at all. R-a-c-I-s-t. Memphis hub is probably the worst in TN and probably the worst in the mid-south. I wish Amazon let you choose your shipper. I’d be happy to pay extra. They even lost my dear dog’s paw prints in clay when she died at 14. That broke my heart. Thank god my stint with working with USPS was short.

This is how they drive here . I'm standing by my car parked and this Postal worker scrapes the front bumper of my car.?Granted, she apologized, but come on pay attention to what you doing, my car sitting parked.So, if I wasn't sitting parked. Would she have reported this incident? She apologized, and her manager said she never reported it? I get that, but, pay attention to what you doing, she had the audacity to grumble a lil about it.?Lady, you scraped my car. literally shaking as I stand there froze wat hi g it unfold too. Plus, police so busy, they just wanted the exchanging of info at the site. Why is it when they at fault they wanna mouth off?I said lady, Im sitting parked, you scraped my car.??.That's how they drive here, not paying attention, either hitting a parked car or driving reckless, just a atotal disregard, plus I could have sworn, she was on her cellphone too?. I promise, most of you all, a different breed of those who can't drive, I'm just saying.?Some are not paying attention to what they do, if I could give them no stars I would ?

The worst in delivery on time. The worst in tracking information. No one to speak to to get answers. We ship live animals and ZERO tracking. Been going on 8 years and complaint after complaint. Nothing changes. We pay premium prices for service and get zero in return. Dead birds delivered late. With no tracking. And no response to why or who is responsible for the failure. Done playing games. I will file criminal charges for animal neglect and abuse. Someone will have no choice to answer that

Convenience...edit....lost mail that I took directly to them....the response to and the result of my request to correct the issue was sub par., unsatisfactory ...plus I didn't like it......anyway.
