Straight up had my package opened and the card stolen from it. These guys put the empty package in a bag and said it got damaged. It wasn't damaged, it was obviously torn open. Are these guys covering up theft?

This is my favorite post office in Memphis! Typically not very busy, and the workers are always friendly and helpful.

This bums me out so much.
The Crosstown USPS branch cannot staff its desk. Multiple times in the last 30 days I’ve experienced the following issues:
• No package drop offs
• No stamps
• No money orders
• Unable to process transactions
• Failure to scan labels
• Failure to connect to USPS server
• Midday closure due to staffing issues
• Sudden closures due to staffing issues
• Saturday 10am-2pm shift closed due to staffing issues.
This branch is no longer capable to serve its community. Leadership will not staff branches. The postal service no longer supports Memphis the way it needs to be.
I’ve talked with a handful of upset customers during my failed trips. I’ll regularly hear that postal workers are lazy and entitled.
That is not true.
They are overworked, underpaid and disenfranchised. Postal workers need help and support but USPS does not provide it. They struggle, we struggle. Memphians deserve better.
All of these problems are punctuated by the faded now hiring banner on the side of the building.
I’ll speak to the quality of service at this location; it’s subpar. Management needs to train better. You are regularly treated like you shouldn’t have shown up at all. I understand this job underpays and overworks. But management and USPS in general have a customer service problem. Train your staff, hire considerate workers and incentivize good customer service. You must make better choices for a stronger customer experience.

Very convenient and usually doesn’t have long lines. Staff is nice. No bike parking although it’s a convenient location to bike to

I feel compelled to leave a POSITIVE REVIEW since most people just choose to blame the clerks.
Things would move ONE THOUSAND PERCENT FASTER if people actually knew what they’re going for, if people had documentation, money, cards etc on hand.
I go to this post office probably 4-5 a week and every single time the line is slow is because someone is asking question that are answered online.
Folks there’s a LOT of stuff you can actually do online!!
My experience with all the employees has been generally good and I honestly admire their patience after having to deal with such customers!!

If there is 0 I would do it . Went there to send package to Japan and there was someone who doesn’t look like a USPS employee and he knows nothing about the job. I had to leave cause he said he doesn’t have custom forms. Waste of time.

The wait can be long sometimes but they’re just short on staff. Never had any mishaps with any packages I’ve sent from here.
