My package has been misplaced/ lost by one of the carriers and it has been since April 20th. Everytime she delivers mail she keep telling me to give time so they can locate package. I need my package replaced. I’m calling and calling and no one picks up.

Dropped off two high value packages that were only scanned as accepted and they have were dropped off almost two weeks ago. Make sure you insure your packages if you’re mailing anything out of any Memphis location. Or expecting anything coming through any Memphis facility.. Likely to turn up missing…. “Lost as they call it”

Just got back, older lady pleasant. Younger one rude ,crude and out of style. Since January I've not received anything important so yes I'm concerned.

I had a very nice experience at this post office on both occasions that I made a visit.I recently moved into the area and needed a P. O. Box. The first service agent last week was very pleasant, and informed me that the system was being updated. Therefore, I was advised to return the following Tuesday.Upon my return, I was created with a smile by the service agent, a different person than the first visit. This agent was also friendly and polite. She set up my P. O Box purchase and made sure I knew where my new box is located. Then she advised me to check the key of my assigned box for entry access.Before checking the keys to make sure they worked, the agent informed me that if I need further assistance she would be happy to assist me.I was very happy to receive good customer service from both agents that assisted me. I recently moved from Southaven, MS where I also had a P. O. Box. The service agents there made me feel like family. So the warm welcome here in Memphis, made me feel very good about the transition!

Awful service and hours. Spent 45 minutes trying to call ahead to make sure someone would be present and not on lunch, but no success. Got redirected to a generic nationwide representative. Drove across town to inquire about a PO box as I've just relocated. When I arrived at 1:02pm, after typical lunch hours, sure enough there was a sign on the door saying at lunch until 1:45, with a sticky note over it saying 2:30. An hour and a half lunch from the time i arrived? Closed for lunch until 2:30pm?I finally had a corporate rep give me the number later, and had a very rude woman answer who did not like answering my questions when I asked if it was routine to be closed until 2:30pm every day. This seems excessive as a lunch break. Unfortunately this poor customer service will go unnoticed since we're talking about a government service here, and no one will care. Avoid at all costs if you can.

Would give 0 stars but there's no option for it! TRACY, DEBRA, KAREN! TERRIBLE ATTITUDE ? NEED SOME TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE CLASS! THEY NEED TO BE FIRED! I NEED TO GET A P.I. Would give a one star but there's one decent employee here that treats me like a human. Every time I go to this post office there's some sort of issue.. Had the cops threatened on me and the post master went so far as to start opening one of my packages once. Wasn't causing problems or threatening anyone.. Never had this issue with a post office before. I place hold for pickup on my packages but still get them delivered to my door-step for the porch pirates to have fun with. They don't knock at the door or ring the doorbell when delivering packages. Delivery is sporadic so I can not anticipate if a package will be delivered during a time of day. Wish I had a different post office nearby I could walk to.

The staff has absolutely no knowledge. The worst service. I could not ship my package because the stuff didn't know how to ship, but at a different post office I could ship in 5 minutes. I wasted my time.
