this is the worst USPS i’ve been in all my life living in the US. your mails would go missing and when you come to investigate they would have a sign that they’re on lunch. just an excuse for no one to be there to deal with any customer

I'm constantly missing mail. I can see it on informed delivery, and it doesn't come (it's not even late; it just doesn't come). Someone is opening my mail before it's delivered because lately it always comes with the right-hand side of the flap opened and spread apart. I've started taking pictures now. We got a new mail carrier, and it sucks. I never had these issues when Miss Cece was delivering our mail. I had a mail hold, and when the hold ended, I was delivered a piece of paper saying the mail would be delivered the next day, but it wasn't. This place is an absolute mess. Its at the point where I suspect one of the carriers is either stealing or throwing mail away. Ads are delivered, but IRS notifications, personal letters, and other items that contain sensitive information are the ones that don't show up.

The mail carrier did the most ...today. Intentionally leaving my package next door bc they are afraid of dogs. My husband had to go out and explain our dogs are in the backyard. We have no control over the dog next door to the right , which sounds like he's in our front yard, but No the dog is fenced in next door. This explains why I don't receive a lot of my packages or mail. I'm sorry please Do ? Not become a mail carrier if dogs scare you. It's too many strays out there as it is. Dogs fenced in are no problem unless they running free!

I was expecting a package today in South Memphis, I understand it’s Raining and I live on a hill, but that does not give you the right to return my package to the sender and put in your system that my Address is INVALID! You guys are wrong for that. Every time I try to call I’m met with Robots and when I await the line for an Agent I get hung up on. Do Better. I’m tired of the laziness of your establishments in Memphis man

I have had my p.o box for over 20 years at this location, the hours of operation are horrible, but what's worse is that I have counted that this is the 21st time that I have came by to check my p.o box and the outter doors are locked, making it impossible to check my p.o box.

Having terrible experience with my mail carrier my packages are labeled cannot leave it secured location and carry to the mail which makes me have to get out and go get the packages when it's not my job but all good is unfair at least my packages are there when I go to pick them up

I waited 10 minutes up front for someone to help me. I had to open the door to sound the alarm to get someone to come from the back. It still took 15/20mins for help!

I never receive my mail. And when I do it’s just spam. My important pieces and packages are always marked “animal interference” and there isn’t a dog in sight. They don’t even drive by our house anymore. This is absolutely ridiculous.

I wish I could give zero stars! These new postal workers are lazy and ignorant! Mine doesn’t even wear her uniform! How do they find these people? After they get fired from Mac Donald’s?? She logged my package as delivered multiple times and they were not. I had to file an online report before she threw them on my porch the next day! Pathetic!
