I was supposed to get my bank card on last Wednesday and it hasn't been delivered yet....like some days the mail dont even run and they do such a shitty job of delivering your mail to the right address im just over this location they need to find better staff and handle people mail properly at the frayser office

Totally unacceptable and unprofessional from whoever the mail driver was. He/she really was determined to squeeze my package inside my mailbox, in which the envelope was made out of cardboard not paper. It contained a license plate so therefore it caused the plate to get bent and warped. I mean why would you do that? You don't know what's in it unless you attempt to open it.

This post office is terrible! I’ve been waiting on my package for a week. Lady on the truck acts like she has no idea about my package. I go inside the office, they tell me my package is on the truck…she’s riding around with it. I’m sick of them!! I arranged for re delivery everyday and still no package.

My birthday card arrived *neatly* opened (not a machine sorter fault), and the money inside was missing. Pitiful excuse given on a lame plastic bag, and when going to file a complaint, they claim they're not liable for theft. I've had problems with this post office branch before, and I really shouldn't be surprised at this point.

Baskin is lying to customers. I paid for a guaranteed delivery and was promised next day delivery by 6pm or return of postage. Pastage was never delivered, carrier stole the package. Claim was filed and denied stating package was delivered as addressed. Two packages were delivered to address on that Monday stating left on porch/door. This package tracking number said left at /in mail box. It wouldn't fit in box. Why wasn't it left at door. All the consumer affairs people did nothing. Baskin web sight says they are to provide the refund. No one is holding the carrier responsible for taking the package. It was guaranteed. Why wasn't it left at the recipient's door. I filled out a priority mail form and paid for next day delivery. I requested refund 3 or 4 times. I called Washington, DC before anyone would call me back. I emailed the postmaster assistant and it came back saying she was no longer there. I noticed it was returned by the postmaster so I forwarded it back to him. The postmaster never responded to my email. I called better business bureau and they referred me to the attorney general. The attorney general referred me back to the postmaster. Everyone is giving me the run around. I emailed channel 3 news and have not heard from them. I will never mail a package via Baskin post office again. It wasn't even for me. It was for my disabled sister-in-law who is partially blind to her god daughter who is a traveling nurse. No wonder the post office is losing customers. They are taking our money and refusing to honor their claims.

Lost my mail and never found it. Somehow my case number doesnt exist in the system but i still have the email for it. Fire them all and bring in people who want to do their job. Where i come from this is a sought after job. Shameful behavior.

I always have my packages delivered where I have to sign for them. Went to the post office to find out where my package was. Supervisor showed me a picture of my house and a signature that was not mine. Said it was signed for and I got it. I didn’t sign for it and never got it. I think probably the postman himself signed and kept my package. Baskin post office is the worst one of all. This is not the first incident I have had , more than one time they have put my mail and packages in other people boxes and on other people porch. I have asked them on several occasions to leave my packages at the post office and not put them on the porch because people will steal them that is the reason I have paid extra to have them where I have to sign for them. Well that didn’t work. Most of the people there are mean and hateful, the supervisor look at you like he really don’t care. I am very frustrated with our postage service on Baskin. When you call they don’t pick up the phone and if you keep call they hang up and take the phone off the hook. I am very dissatisfied with the Post office on Baskins.

They tried to deliver my package when I was out. So I went the next day to get my package and they had a sign saying that they were closed.

Hire more people. Shouldn't be closed during the day. On the 1st of the month and a Friday. RidiculousUpdate.. next day posted open til 2. Not open at all. Shut these places down at this point.
