The lady at the counter was very pleasant and helpful. She took care of my packages and scanned them in so I can track them. These were replacement packages because the first time I shipped them from Crosstown they disappeared. Thank you for your help and pleasant attitude!

Walked in like a FOOL without my wallet, and Tammy still let me mail my letter, spotting me the .78 stamp. Told me to just pass it on. You rock, Tammy!

I had ordered some copies of my books, to fulfill orders and to have on hand for a book signing. Only 1 of 3 was at the location when I arrived yesterday. I contacted the sorting facility, and explained that I needed those books for today's event. When I called today, I was told that the 2nd installment was delivered to the Trezevant location after 4 o'clock yesterday, and they haven't located the 3rd installment, and to make matters worse, the Trezevant location is closed on Saturdays. Because of this dilemma, I had to cancel my book signing, which cost me not only some potential future readers, but also my deposit for the location. This is unacceptable, and they need to do better.

Friendly staff! When I arrived, Mrs. Robinson was using her personal phone to use Google translate to communicate with a customer who didn’t speak English. Thank you for being a fantastic postal worker who bends over backwards to help everyone!

Slowest post office I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. Really should look into getting more workers or perhaps faster workers.

Normally, I have an great experience, but the regular staff wasn't there (Ms. Tami) the personal from 13 Prescott was lazy, rude, & did not know how to operate the machine. She was guessing at how to adjust the postage. She didn't have her name tag on. 2/17/2017 I am willing to wait and return on next week when the regular staff is available. There attitude should be better, so many people are unemployed.. People should be grateful to be employed

I went in to mail applications for my church on yesterday 01/12/2017. I asked the young lady behind the counter to please stamp my letter since it had to be postmarked by the 15th. I did not get her name but she was an African American with blonde braids. She advised that it would be $1.30 to postmark a letter. I have never of such so I told her that I would just mail it and hope it would reach the designation in time. I purchased a stamp envelope addressed it and handed it back to the young lady and asked her to please put in in the bin behind the counter like I always do. She told me that she could not put it in the bin that it had to go in the box outside. I asked her why she could not put it in the bin behind the counter she said because she had to stamp it in order to put it behind the counter. I asked her if she would stamp the letter and put it behind the counter she stated "No I am not going to do that". Instead of asking additional questions I left. I have never had a problem with someone placing a letter in the bin behind the counter and this lady was out right defiant with something as simple as stamping a letter and putting it in a bin. Her customer service was absolutely deplorable. If you work for a federal agency in a customer service capacity I would expect much. I will not return to this location as long as she is there.
