Very frustrated with USPS service. My package from Jomashop shows as “delivered” but I never received it. When I called the main office, they gave me the local USPS contact, but the lady there was extremely rude and not helpful at all. No proper response, no support—just left me without my package or answers. Very disappointing experience.

This post office ass they misplaced my mail an my check, saying it’s was delay last week due to the holiday now a week goes by it’s a different story had me calling different locations playing the mind game knowing the carrier misplaced it rude ass location

Called to check on my package that says it has been delivered but not at my address it was delivered at 2801 Park ave that was received by someone name Brooks.. I called to check but got an attitude and hang up in my face

I went in to send my ebay package to someone. It ended up being an hour wait while only 1 person was working. When I finally get to send my package, a second person shows up, scans my label and I can't even tell what she is saying about my box. Then takes my box with my electronic item in it and slams in down on the other boxes like she doesn't care what's in my box. Whatever she was talking about, she mentioned sending it back to me even though i sealed it up pretty good. I'm disabled so I can't drive or do much. On top of that, my dad gets the wrong mail at least 50% of the time and has to walk down the street to give the guy his mail unless that guy gets my dad's mail first. My mom use to get the wrong mail. No comment on how terrible Memphis is with USPS.

If possible to not give stars I would. But I have been going back and forth since last year.12-15-2022. Bout my mail. That’s the last time I received anything. The mail lady and her supervisor are highly unprofessional.. they told me I have to buy a P.O. Box because of my dog that’s is inside the house. Then told me that they will always return my mail to sender. But as I told them my dog is not loose and it hasn’t been 30 days so you can not do that. They told me they would provide me wit a new mailbox but never did. Then told me to close my door to my home. And yet I still haven’t gotten anything. I did a change of address form and asked for ALL my mail be delivered there and they still won’t deliver it. I’ve been calling and emailing and reporting since last year and it’s all retaliation from me reporting this same lady for throwing my packages on the ground. Every time I call either nobody answers or they hang up n my face. I have asked to speak to someone higher up and I get no response or reply. This is getting out of hand. I have important pieces of mail that come thru.. and they denying me everything from my bills on down to my mom medical needs.. and this company basically don’t care and they work for the government. Now I have reported them again and it’s like they not taking the job seriously.

‼‼BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION‼‼This location provides PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES! Shame on the (APWU) American Postal Workers Union for allowing these individuals to continuously slip through the cracks. Their substandard work performance is rewarded and protected with ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY. Customers are no longer paramount within USPS! They have the most delayed, unpleasant, unprofessional and incompetent individual answering the phone by the name of Lisa; she possesses ZERO PHONE ETIQUETTE. To make matters worse, they have another lowlife by the name of Donna?...This cockeyed, gray toothed individual likes to argue with customers, like she is on any street corner. These 2 bottom of the barrel individuals are able to behave this way because it is commonplace due to Poor Leadership. This experience has been implausible and sad because they lack the skills to communicate effectively with customers. These 2 bad seeds speaks volumes about the ineffective HR onboarding, all of them are ABSOLUTELY PITIFUL! Laron & Sylvia should not be in any kind of Authoritative Positions within USPS, they are unqualified and all 4 of these individuals should be FIRED!!! Upon dealing with this sorry conglomerate of buffoonery, I didn't know if I was dealing with some circus acts, or The Memphis Zoo. All I know is that they display animal and clown behaviors. One cannot get any worse than this group of misfits, all of them together don't amount to half a brain! This is the wonderful group of assorted nuts that represents our great democracy...Just look at our government funds barely working!??

This is the worst mail service I’ve ever seen! I work at a place in Memphis they deliver to. It’s not unusual for them to go a week or more without coming by while we have several things that need to be sent out

How can I register a concern vs. A complaint? 600 block of Buntyn st. I open my mailbox and 80% of the time the incorrect mail is left. I get my neighbors, checks, bills. etc. Sometimes I return the mail and often times i have taken it to the neighbor if it appears to be a check. It's so sad, because the address appears correct in the windows. I'm so concerned that our mail man no longer care or something is seriously wrong. Please pay more attention to your job. This is critical. Thank you.
