Wow, the old hens that work at this place are beyond miserable.

This the ONLY carrier that do not offer printing for their return labels. I wouldn't recommend USPS to ANYONE! LOSING MONEY FOR A PRINTER!!!!

Went to this post office cause I just needed one stamp to mail a letter. Arrived and there was no line at all. Two of the three women working there were dealing with other customers so I walked up to the one who was available and she didn't acknowledge my presence as she was glued to her phone.I say hello and she looks up like I'm bothering her. This threw me off guard and I asked "do you sell stamps here?" To which she angrily replied "yes." She didn't say "yes, how many do you need?" As anyone trained in customer service would have done.I then said I needed one stamp to mail this one envelope and she finally decided to help me out a bit and weighed the envelope before selling me the stamp. Why are government employees like this? Unfortunately every single other USPS location in the area has similar reviews, so no matter what you're stuck dealing with people who couldn't care less about their jobs.

You could waste a whole a day in here trying to mail 1 envelope. Staff is completely incompetent. Line is always out the door due to the terrible employees that work here. I witnessed a woman walking through the entire line asking people if they needed to buy stamps instead of helping the ONE other woman behind the counter actually doing her job (at a snails pace of course). Never go here.

Carriers straight up lie about delivery! First day of "attempted" delivery stated that they were "unable to access delivery location." Lies. I live in a house with no gates, and wide open porch with a mailbox on it. The second day, they say noone was "available for signature." I called the company I ordered from and asked if they made it so a signature was required. They said no. More lies on USPS' part. That night I went on the portal and asked for a re-delivery for the following day. I wake up the next morning to a note that said, "sorry we missed you." I checked my ring camera, and the carrier didn't even attempt to knock on the door. Spent less than 2 seconds on my porch and only spent that time with my mail box. Never took the two extra steps to my door to knock and deliver my package.??

Just waited in line 25 minutes to send off a smaller package. I do not want to return to this location until it is fully staffed and renovated. Had a second employee on duty returning behind the associate desk while a line of around 8 people built up with an employee who appeared tired and overworked.

YOU STOLE A PACKAGE!!! Three packages was shipped and all three of them went missing once they arrived in Memphis, TN. Boxes damage and the products inside the boxes were chipped and broken. Somebody needs to do an audit and inspect this location because this is a flipping shame. The post office in the Northeast did what they were supposed to do. What is ya'll problem? How all three large boxes end up missing. It was delivered 11/03 and all three packages arrived at the Memphis location two days later within the potential guaranteed shipping time frame. One box out of three was diverted to UTAH from Memphis! UTAH!!! The other two went to a sorting facility, allegedly. It's 11/18. The recipient of the packages still didn't receive the last package and the other two were received damage. The customer service rep from the 800 number explains that it was scanned and delivered. However, your tracking status automation line claims that the packages are still at the sorting facility. What is it? This is a conflict of basically lies. The receiver was at the residence all day as well and no, it was not stolen off the porch. This is ridiculous!Update:After emailing me and telling me via phone conversation that the last package was scanned and delivered, it showed up yesterday, 11/21 on my Mom's porch. Packages don't just disappear!!! You tampered with my boxes and took what you wanted. That diversion to Utah wasn't nothing more than a distraction for you. It was a damn shopping spree for you. You took two pairs of brand new shoes, Tory Burch perfume and another perfume bottle and samples, brand new Olay eye cream, a scarf, and other personal care items. Trifling ratchet thieves!!! Consumers beware of this location!!! Utilize DHL, FedEx, or UPS. There are other alternatives to USPS.

THIS LOCATION STEALS PACKAGES! I dropped off two different pieces of mail here 4 weeks ago and neither of them was never delivered. Whats even worse is I filed a claim on usps website, they admitted to stealing my package and didn’t even refund me

Went to this post office to ship a package it’s been almost a month and usps customer service can not track my package nor find my package . I forgot to put insurance on the package because the clerk didn’t even ask if I wanted insurance on the package. Further more she did not fully type in the address for the package !

I'm here sitting in my car right now. It's 8:50AM. This office isn't open yet. Even though the PO Box part is supposed to open at 8AM and the regular post office at 8:30AM. It's not just today this has happened. Everyday this week as I've been here. Everyday waiting on a client's letter that was shown on my informed delivery last Thursday! Asking for assistance is a waste of time also.

Had a international package sent from Greece made it all the to memphis usps on Prescott and got lost. It's almost impossible to file a claim on the usps website. I have turned down orders because there only shipping method is usps. Once they get your money they don't care anymore.

Service is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!! Wish I could give them a 0 star. I work at an apartment complex and the carriers at this location REFUSE TO DO THEIR JOBS AND DELIVER TO OUR PACKAGE LOCKER SYSTEM. We were told today that “you can deliver the packages yourself or we will take them back to the post office”. So you just aren’t going to do your job and not deliver people’s packages??Kinda confused how every other usps employee can deliver to other package locker systems all throughout Memphis, but this location carriers can’t?!
