This has to be one of the worst Postal offices in Memphis.
The workers behind the counter were unprofessional and rude ash. On top of that, she was on her phone and you could hear her whole conversation.
Some days and weeks I would go without mail that should’ve been delivered but it wasn’t due to whatever issue.
Just go somewhere else if you need something done in office, it’s not worth the hassle.

I always have a good experience shipping packages off and picking up mail from here. I recently put in an inquiry for "missing mail" (I found it..at my own residence, a week later because someone in the household didn't tell me they checked the mail that day. lol) and this USPS called me for a follow up. It was just that the tracking number was stuck in "Alert" status for whatever reason–my mail was never actually missing. I appreciate USPS calling and texting me with updates about my mailing concerns. Personally, I have never had a problem with this USPS location within the last 15 years of staying in this area.

Will never drop a package off at this location again! I dropped a package in the drop box in the lobby area and it mysteriously came up missing! Never again.

The worst location to visit. They are lazy and tired with bad attitudes. I just called up there to keep from driving and the woman who answered said she can’t search for my mail without a tracking number. First of all, all mail doesn’t have a tracking number and I just went up there a month ago to pick up my child pEBT card with no problem. (Regular mail) They got my address and went to check in the back that’s how I know she told me anything. I got that card just fine.
Hire better ppl to work please

Place is and always will be a dump. Hours stated opens at 830 good luck with that. People deserve better especially the US Postal Service.

My package never came. I had to even go up there because when I tracked it, it said “ready for pickup” which never happened.. so I went up there and a lady told me a woman name jackie or Jacky labeled it for pickup . And she said I’ll get my package later on that day. That was may 28th.. it’s June 9th and it never came.

Came to the post office for my passport appointment and when I got there she told me that she called off that day. Maybe let people know that then before taking the day off work then??? Extremely unprofessional

Had two packages say they were available for pickup based on the tracking number. Come here, and they aren't here and say it was delivered. Show them the tracking and they change it to it was delivered. Never delivered to my mailbox. I asked how can I accurately track my package or how can they if the system is saying one thing but you are saying another. "I don't know." Was the response. Then was told the carrier didn't scan it properly so it was a mix up then shortly after was followed up with, "the carrier might have it on her truck and she will find out when they get to you but give us your number so we can call." Anything and everything that comes through this post office has been a problem for the three years I have lived in the area. The entire set of employees who work here are a joke.

Varies between 2-4 customer service reps. Just a matter of timing.

IF I COULD GIVE THEM A DOUBLE NEGATIVE REVIEW I WOULD!!!
LATELY WE HAVE HAD THE MOST HORRIBLE DELIVERY PEOPLE IN THIS AREA. THEY TRIFLING, LAZY, INCONSIDERATE OF THE CUSTOMERS AND THEIR PACKAGES. I JUST WATCH MY CAMERA AND LITERALLY SAW THIS POST WOMEN TOSS MY HUSBAND PACKAGE LIKE IT WAS A FOOTBALL ON OUR FRONT PORCH!!! TRUST WE HAVE MANY COMPLAINTS AT THIS POST OFFICE AND THEY STILL CONTINUE TO SEND THESE UNHAPPY, LAZY, TRIFLING WORKERS IN OUR AREA. WE HAVE TALK TO PLENTY SUPERVISORS AND STILL NOTHING HAS CHANGE!!!! HOW WOULD SHE LIKE IT IF SOMEBODY TOSS HER PACKAGES AT HER HOME WITH NO CARE IN THE WORLD AND IT WAS SOMETHING FRAGILE INSIDE THE PACKAGE, BUT SOON WE CALL AND SAY OUR PACKAGE IS DAMAGED THEY WANT REFUND US OR ACT LIKE ITS OUR FAULT!!!!! EVEN WITH PROOF AND THEY STILL DON’T GIVE A CARE IN THE WORLD WHEN WE COMPLAIN ABOUT THESE TRIFLING POST WORKERS IN THIS AREA!!!! WE SICK OF ALL THEM!!!??

This Office has the rudest manager/supervisor I have ever met. Brought a damaged USPS package to the store with letter in hand from USPS advising to take to the nearest store with the letter and drop the package off so it can be inspected for the USPS damage claim filed would be denied. A supervisor was called to assist. After exsplaining why I was there he would not accept the package or read the letter, and when I attempted to read for him he rudly stated he could read and to do whatever I wanted to with the package but it wasn't their problem. I know my review doesn't mean much with this location being a 1.9 star but figured I'd give my aweful exsperience anyway. If your trying to drop off a damaged package for I spection don't bring here.
