This Office has the rudest manager/supervisor I have ever met. Brought a damaged USPS package to the store with letter in hand from USPS advising to take to the nearest store with the letter and drop the package off so it can be inspected for the USPS damage claim filed would be denied. A supervisor was called to assist. After exsplaining why I was there he would not accept the package or read the letter, and when I attempted to read for him he rudly stated he could read and to do whatever I wanted to with the package but it wasn't their problem. I know my review doesn't mean much with this location being a 1.9 star but figured I'd give my aweful exsperience anyway. If your trying to drop off a damaged package for I spection don't bring here.

The employees need customer service training. Seriously! Unprovoked attitudes are unnecessary and very unprofessional.

I did have a problem with missing package. It was put in the wrong mailbox. Postal manager was very professional, investigated, traced my package and got my problem solved. I do get the informed delivery scans by email. This is very helpful.

Whoever Jamie Care, the supervisor is at the USPS at 3735 Hickory Hill Road needs to be FIRED. ASAP. I called to ask if I could pick up at package that was transferred from UPS.. the exact conversion:I’m calling to see if I can possibly pick up a package today because I won’t be in Memphis tomorrow.Jamie: No ma’am .Me: No ma’am what?Jamie: No ma’amMe: I don’t understand? I’m trying to pick up a package. It’ll be coming from UPS.Jamie: Still no ma’am. Anything UPS won’t be done today.Me: You didn’t even attempt to ask me for a tracking number at all. How do you know the package isn’t already there? Her: Uhm okayyyy??

If you live in the 38125 area. They hired someone who steals packages. It’s a guy. I guess he gifts em to his girlfriend or boyfriend. You just don’t know these days. So you probably want to send your packages to someone else’s house to pick them up. This is the second time this fool done stole my package. It’s very sad that you can’t even trust your own postal service because someone will steal your packages. That’s ok tho because I’m going to put GOD on him and let him handle it from this day forward.

There is orderliness. The wait time is less.. as you the option of drop off without waiting.. even when you queue for the items to be scan. A dedicated staff pops in and out to ask if there is anybody for drop off. Gone are the days when I used to think their workers are disrespectful and rude. But the new ones are more polite and diligent. Especially the mail carriers. I apreciate them.

I’m in the 38115 zip code and the postal people never pick up my outgoing mail if I don’t have any incoming mail. Every time I have outgoing mail, I literally have to chase down the mail person & hand them my letter personally. In all my years I’ve never had this issue before.

Amazon showed that USPS had delivered a package delivery attempt today at 12:05, yet the tracking details show that my package is ready for pickup at the post office at 10:05am. I was home and no package was left. I then checked USPS' system and it stated that the package is ready for pickup at the post office, supposedly after they made a delivery attempt at 12:05. Amazon's and USPS' information conflicts and what they are stating that there was a delivery attempt as I have checked my outside camera and no attempt was made at either of these times. It seems to me that they just didn't feel like they wanted to deliver a heavier package, which happened before (usually on a weekend when the weekend courier leaves it for the Monday courier out of laziness!). There have been so many issues in the past with this post office, there are too many to list. I wish I could opt out of any USPS business altogether!

The post office withheld or mail trying to double dipping to get extra money. When my husband went to try to pay she refused to let my husband pay to get our mail. Lied to him. I'm a human lie detector. Can't pull the wool over my eyes. Monday I'm going with my husband and you will give us our mail and you will let him give .only to the p.o box. I filed a complaint against you with the Washington post Master for refusing to let my husband pay and get our mail. My husband may fall for it but I learned from the best on h him. You will let him pay it and give us our mail. No armpit excuses

This post office is double dipping to paying customers who pay their p.o boxes. The post master acknowledged we paid it but the worthless person who was there refused to five us our mail. We urge everyone to switch elsewhere to a p.o box. My wife and I reported them to the memphis police department and the Washington DC po postmaster..governor and the attorney General. Their double dipping. We will be getting our mail come there everyday make them five us our mail.

I had a deliver problem at 2 stations, and they suggested I work with Hickory Hill station which would handle the delivery. I met with Susan Pickens and she was GREAT - spent time looking for the Certified letters and then helped me create new copies to ensure they would be delivered the next day. I can't thank her enough for her help in resolving a frustrating problem!!!

Suzanne Pickens was awesome in helping me get an express envelope that was delivered to the wrong address corrected and thankfully the person who received it incorrectly did the right thing and returned to correct address. Suzanne was professional and courteous and very pleasant to deal with in this very stressful situation. She went above and beyond and I wanted her and you, her employer, know how helpful she was.

Not being mean, but if you live in an APARTMENT, please, please, please have your packages( larger than your mailbox or very important) sent to a trusted home address. Not much help if you don't get your packages. Investigations ARE NOT IN YOUR FAVOR IN MOST CASES!!!
