  Worst post office ever!!!!!!!!!! Purchased a po box so my packages will not have to be delivered to a residential address...and the status is saying delivered to po box... but it's not in my po box...I go to the front counter the dark skinned lady with dreads say they don't deliver to po boxes on Fridays... Really? What's next? Now that was a lie... I've never heard of anything like that as long as I been living on this earth! 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

  FYI closed for lunch now and these geniuses don’t think the time they’d be back was necessary info. So ya know… just sit in the parking lot and wait for an undetermined amount of time or drive 30 min to another location… up to you 👍

  issues with mail and package deliveries almost every day. i've had packages marked as out for delivery and then be taken to another state this has happened twice. ive had packages marked as incorrect address when the address was correct, just for it to be delivered the next day. i've had packages marked as unable to access delivery location when that's not even possible,just for it to be delivered the next day. and now today, two packages marked as forwarded when she never came to deliver mail at all today. not just to me just nobody on my street received mail today. she simply did not bother coming to my road. at all. you have no idea what's in these packages. it could be medication someone needs asap. it could be cremated remains. and yall just play with people packages and delay them just because you can't be bothered. and when you do deliver packages, just toss it up the driveway. can't even be bothered to walk it up to the door. or packages get crammed and stuffed into a mailbox that obviously do not fit in it. just lazy and inexcusable behavior.

  Got a box today that said “Refused mail box blocked” on it. Well the mailbox wasn’t blocked and it’s clearly a box that is too big for my mailbox. The mail guy said I need to move my vehicles up.. I disagree considering the UPS guy and Amazon delivery people have never had an issue. I think the real reason the mailman is mad is because he has to walk to the front door to drop mail off sometimes. Again this box wasn’t going to fit in the mailbox anyway.

  These ladies work hard & care about their customers. For years, each time I come in, no matter how busy or tired they are, they give their attention to each person before them, while also supporting one another as a team to ensure good service.
  Yes, the lines can be long, they serve a broad populace. Come early. Be patient. Be polite.

  So so bad. Tbh usps has been frustrating in general, but they told me they didn’t have my package when USPS did after standing in line for 20 mins + 20 min phone call to figure out who had my package. Then I have to reschedule where they confirm the package was not on a truck (the lady at this location said it was) and it’s 5 pm and they haven’t confirmed they will deliver this package 5 days after it was originally meant to be delivered and they haven’t confirmed it at the end of the day they were supposed to redeliver it after not being able to find it. I understand people make human mistakes, but it’s like every single person throughout the entire process is making mistakes and that reads as careless to me.

  This branch has a lot of issues that need to be addressed. Google says the location open at 8am. However, when you get in here there is nobody available to assist. I came by before work, big mistake. People are standing around waiting. If the location does not in fact open at 8am update that information.

  Went up there for a walk in passport renewal. She said they don’t do that there! Someone on the phone told me they do & and on the website it shows 4pm-5pm Tues-Thurs. Don’t waste your time.

  If I could give zero stars I would. Supposed to be open at 8am. It’s 8:35am and NO ONE is still here. I saw a white geniuses truck pull in the back 5min ago but still no one to open up. Pathetic

  It’s 8:20 am. NO one is here to open the gate . This is really sad and pathetic! I mean damn it’s a whole line behind me and 2 other people left already, can’t even get people here on time TO WORK !!!!! SAD BUSINESS

  VERY GHETTO! The mail carriers are LAZY! They keep sending my packages back to the post office because they are too lazy to walk them up my stairs! My former mail lady was VERY prompt & made sure all my packages were at my doorstep. Then when calling the post office the workers are NO HELP & full of bad attitudes! Manager NEVER able to assist with issues! Still missing my package that was supposed to been delivered last week! Pitiful!!!!
