This is a rare gem. I found a USPS post office in Memphis close to work. I can't seem to find post office in the city of Memphis . It was a very confusing entry. My GPS was acting up and sent me to the exit. I mailed my letters at the drop box adjacent to the door. The entry is to the left upon entry. A lady opened the door for me. Everything else looks like personal po boxes. This location gets three stars for location and layout. The lady at the register was nice and I got stamps.

So I had a package stolen by the deliver and they did absolutely nothing about it but what they don’t know is I have recordings in the front and the side of my house where it shows she put absolutely nothing in my mailbox and stole my package. I watched her do it. It’s on camera. I’m turning everything in so whoever it was that came the beginning of May and stole my package May 12 to be exact. You will not have a job.

Terrible experience. The workers opened the door to the counter 20 minutes late while playing loud music and cutting up in the back.

Not pleasant. Not enough employees up front.

93 year old mother can't get her mail delivered to her mailbox.
It ends up next door at neighbors mailbox or not delivered at all.
Complaining doesn't help either.

This post office stole my daughters laptop I posted once before And they deleted the post! Please be safe and shop with UPS or FedEx. The manger’s and supervisors are aware of the stealing but do nothing about it! I will make sure I inform everyone how USPS don’t care about their customers! I have contacted postal inspectors and corporate no one can help! Seems to me they are covering up their issues

This place is NEVER open. Every time I come here on time the doors are closed and locked or there’s always an excuse posted on the doors.

Called post office this morning to check about getting a package and asked what time they closed they said 2:00 which is for Saturday hours I made it at 1:30 the doors are locked blinds are closed it’s about 10 cars outside with me this is terrible why state hours if that’s not what they are.

My own package is delivered till Monday but it doesn’t so they have to deliver it till Wednesday which is upset me they should’ve did it on Monday

They always close before 5pm . It shows that they have to close at 5:30pm
