The post office service office in Cordova TN is the worst I have ever had to deal with they constantly lose our packages and send my mail and packages to other people, not to mention I get others people’s packages and mail at my house. I’ve called to report this few times, but nothing ever happens no disciplinary action is taken. Things get a little bit better for a little bit and then they go right back to being terrible. The mail carrier needs to slow down and pay attention to what they’re doing or perhaps gets their eyes checked out so they can see the correct addresses of where they’re delivering things. I don’t know how you have this job as a USPS mail carrier and you continue making mistakes after mistakes. We Never had this issue anywhere else we have lived. Which have been many states.

I would rather use a cheese grater as toilet paper than ever get anything delivered by this location ever again.
Over the last 6 months they've completely lost or mis delivered more than 10 packages - all with tracking. Along with having other peoples packages delivered to my address on a weekly basis.
I also suspect they stole my iPhone trade in because i did not get a receipt when dropping off the (unmarked)box, the tracking number never updated, and i never got credited through AT&T.
Save your time and money and use FedEx, UPS, or deliver it yourself.

It says operation hours start at 9 am .. yet doors get open at 9:17 am and still no one at the front desk to help out ... don't recommend it at all.

they list my package immediately and the person who shipped it out to me dropped off two packages at the same time the other one reached its destination mine was just lost immediately and they’re sending me in circles of they found it they lost it they found it

Mail is real late or not delivered at all!!! Don’t always get everything. They run up on the curb and rut the yard out and run over lights up on curb!!

Waited in line for over 20 mins with no one at front desk ? 7-8 ppl waiting along with me ? Associates saw us waiting but no one took the initiative to assist the long line of customers ? Had to leave my spot in line and track down another associate down the hall just to get some assistance. If you have something quick or easy as a drop off yes this is an okay place but other than that take that drive elsewhere to another location . Honestly, believe the reviews .

PSA:YOU NEED TO CALL USPS TO MAKE A COMPLAINT DIRECTLEY TO THEM TO GET THIS PLACE FIXED, otherwise they cannot commit any action just off of internet reviews alone. This is the worst post office I've had the displeasure of being in the district of in my entire life. Packages are constantly late and sent on this permanent loop from Cordova back to the Memphis hub or to some random other subdivision in the surrounding counties (yes COUNTIES) the staff in the building are dismissive and rude,
EXCEPT for Ms. Miya(I apologize if I misspelled your name) I don't know if shes the supervisor or manager but she immediately got all the necessary information and helped me out and solved a problem in less than a couple hours than the rest of her coworkers could (or didn't make the effort to) in 2 days and 4 hours! And if she is in a management position that's not her job so it's sad that she has to do what her subordinates wont. Also my mailman is great! nice guy and a hard worker,dude deserves a raise and a nice vacation otherwise
everyone else should be replaced immediately it's astonishing how bad it is ,when I came back home my brother told me it was bad and I thought it was an exaggeration but after years of it I understand. I work at another shipping company so I can understand how hectic it can be but the consistent poor performance is unacceptable

This location gets a bad rep and may have a few bad apples, but Mrs. Sylvia Hines is one of the best there is.
Anytime I have an issue I can count on her to get to the bottom of it and make sure it is resolved. She is proactive and will not hesitate to reach out or respond to you and with a courteous attitude.
They better do all they can to keep her around.

I am confused how the mail keeps getting routed from facility to facility AFTER it makes it to the Memphis Distribution Center, but not to me. I have packages that have been sitting as scanned after leaving the distribution center since March 1 … it is now, March 16. What is going on?
