Very rude staff members. They don't follow protocol when it comes to verify hold mail pickup. Can't find any of my mail that was supposed to be on hold but three things was scanned on informed delivery was never delivered but it was processed at the plant downtown. I was told I didn't have a hold for my mail after giving them a confirmation number the USPS gave me. The employees are stealing stuff especially if it involves money or a debit card. They refuse to give names when ask to so you included them in a report. I recorded both visits to find my mail after getting confirmation I had a hold on my mail and then. I was told a lot of other information that wasn't true but they couldn't find my debit cards or check. I've never had a problem with holding my mail or informed delivery until I had to deal with this location. The supervisor is very rude and unprofessional. How it is I can search my confirmation number to edit my hold but they can't. They also know the protocol it takes to investigate all this stuff and they know people will give up. I'm taking this to channel 13 because I know it's more people in the Whitehaven area stuff being stolen or tampered with from this location. Just to be clear every debit card that was scanned on informed delivery since Jan of this year hasn't not been received.

Every time I have a package coming from that location it's always open or take forever or sometimes I never received the package.. they need a better loss prevention unless the people that stealing are all in it together.

Came here after the posted opening hours and they were still closed. Nobody here and the doors locked well after the posted opening time, very unprofessional.

I could write a novel about how absolutely unprofessional, rude, condensing, and disgusting the people that work at this establishment is. They refuse to pick up the phone and once you come to the actual location you are met with attitude and how this or that is the policy but how would anyone know that if they do not answer the phone? I even stood outside and called and they still did not answer the phone. Lazy individuals with nasty attitudes and do nothing while they lose people’s packages and do nothing about it.

Only giving 1 star because I can't give less. THREE DAYS IN A ROW, NO MAIL delivery. Not the first time. Probably not the last either. This happens a few times a month, and as a business that relies on the USPS, it is very frustrating and infuriating.

This particular postal location is consistent in that they continue to perpetuate very poor customer service. The employees at the window seem to forget that their job is to not only serve the public, but to service the public. The attitudes of the employees that is displayed by those at the front desk is indicative of the nonchalant attitudes that permeates the management of not only the location being discussed but the entire region.It's understood that we as a nation have been dealing with a very harsh and stressful two years and it would be understandable if this was due to the issues we face now. .but this disregard and disrespect that the employees of this postal branch consistantly deal out to its patrons is something that should not be tolerated and should be looked into at once. Here's hoping.

Cause if yall lost the package just say that.Never will ship with them again. Slowest P.O. ever. They shipped one package but the other is still in transit for 3 days now when the expected delivery date was 3 days ago. How did yall deliver one package but not the other when they are going to the same destination and the city is literally 45 minutes away. So lazy workers is the cause because there is no way it is still in transit after 3 days. Yall are lazy as fxk
