It's a nicer post office; however, after waiting in line for about 15 minutes, they couldn't scan my QR code and there isn't a self service in the lobby. I was sent to another near by one in Colonial and that one is just in poor shape and off course, their self machine was not working! We can do better, we should do better.

Postal service desk wasn't opened at 10 am on a Saturday on Erin Rd. Nobody opened services desk. A long line with customer trying to mail pkg, get stamp, or even passport services. Poor customer service. We left after 45 minutes with no service

Packages never delivered when stated, they somehow always run into delivery issues on saturdays. I’ve been home all day waiting for two packages that they never attempted to deliver. I wish there was a way to stop usps from delivering any of my things.

This is the third time I've been in a line of six people at 10:35am and the USPS is closed.
This Post Office opens late continually.
As a business person, someone needs to held accountable for this.
Audit this place!

There is boo boo waste at the front door for everyone to walk through entering inside. That is so nasty !!!!! This is at the 13 prescott, Memphis TN 38111 location.....clean it up!!!!

There was one person in front of me who literally spent 15 minutes chatting with the only available worker about every mailing issue she ever had during lunch hour. While the other worker was doing a passport. When it came to be my turn I was told I need to go back and buy tape to close my small box. A line has already formed and I refused to stand for God knows how long. No respect for people’s time.

If I could give a negative 0 I would , they lost several of my packages one of them was an expensive order , they never scan the tracking numbers and tracking doesn't update till items are delivered , I had to refund the buyer and then 2 and a half weeks later it showed up! , worker at the counter was rude and not helpful at all , I won't be going here again

After standing in line 15-20 mins for a girl behind the counter. Who rudely yells across other customers at me that are standing in front of me and behind me. Ma'am, yeah you , rolls her eyes, while chatting with customers she was helping they all laughed. The disbelief on my face., I was shockedI couldn't believe the lack of customer service is her disrespectful attitude to point me out, as a paying customer. You gone have to buy yo tape. In order to have my package shipped. Ma'am , We don't take packages that aren't taped up, you gone have to buy some tape or leave. Her response while still helping customer, I'm not taping up no box ,she can leave. While other customers looked onThe embarrassment as a painying customer. No morals or common courtesy to customer service. Is this Memphis Tennessee work ethics now to ruin a business or United States Post Office hiring process

Came for a passport appointment and was helped promptly and professionally. Honestly didn't even know there was a post office tucked back here. I'll probably come here for other USPS business as there was very little traffic and the folks were super helpful during a holiday week when no one wants to be at work!

Exceptional service. Bartlett post office needs to take note on how they work at this office. , Bartlett canceled my passport appointment and Bartlett does not schedule appointments unless they’re a month and a half out. Keep up the good work at this office. THANK YOU

just trying to call and find out if a letter i put in the package slot three weeks ago is stuck in the package slot as it has not been delivered. it is impossible to get to an agent on the phone.
