There was no sign outside stating they were closed for lunch. Self service was available but not working on all levels so I could not scan my QR code. The place is in horrible shape. We should have more pride in creating a welcoming space.

Do not dare go into this post office with any questions, no matter how harmless or normal, you will be met with hate and disdain. Better do your homework, it’s not these people’s job to explain to you how things work apparently. I could not have been friendlier when I inquired about a package being shipped and assumed I may have done something wrong, which I stated such. All I got in return was rude and condescending behavior from the person at the counter. This city’s customer service is an actual dumpster fire everywhere I go. I suppose if all there is to hire is trash we’re gonna get trash. Be less desperate USPS… fire these people and get someone that wants to work in these facilities. The amount of 1 star reviews on this location is staggering.

The staff member was extremely helpful and helped me fix an error that would have resulted in the package being sent to the wrong address. The wait time can be long at this location since there is usually one person at the front. The staff member works as efficiently as possible. The self service kiosks have not been able to process anything aside from pre purchased labels for a while. This location is closed for lunch daily 12:00-1:15 pm.

Here to pick up post office white totes for business usage, and was told not suppose to give it to individual. We never had any trouble like that at other location, this is absurd. No wonder the 1 star reviews popping up for this location. White tote says “USPS” only, we only used it for “USPS” mail pick ups. Just like priority envelopes, even though it says USPS only but people can take it home for packaging as long as for USPS priority shipments. This location make up their own rules and also super rude.

The absolute worst experience I've ever had at a post office. I would give negative stars if I could.
The woman behind the counter was useless. Made every person's day miserable. She argued with everyone. She even said my address wasn't a real address. Well then why is it on my government issued ID?
This branch and that worker can go to hell
Went to the UPS next door. Extremely helpful, no attitude, sent the package without issues

Don’t know who the old lady is up front but she needs to be fired! She conducts business almost as if she knows her job is secure and she can’t get fired! She scanned a QR code I got from eBay (the customer paid for this shipment) and then asked me what I was shipping. I told her that it was cards and that I’ve shipped this way before. She continued to say that cards aren’t media mail and that’s what the label was. Turned me away 1 min before closing. I went to another more competent USPS and they did their job without any questions! Fire her or that post office will suffer in reviews.

I try not to use this location as the clerk I have had in the past is incredibly rude but in a bind, dropped 3 packages inside the drop box labeled for “packages only” last Saturday. The google site listing said they were open until 2 (they are not) but as of today, 5 days later none have started tracking. They were priority shipped 2 day. When I went in to ask about them yesterday, the clerk yelled at me (not sure why) about all kinds of things other than the explanation of what happens after dropping a package in the drop box. I’ve never had packages become missing from an actual post office when placed inside so it’s super odd. Waiting to file a service request but this location would not be your best bet for service.UPDATE: spoke with the manager of this and Erin Dr branch who was super helpful. All packages were located and started tracking (albeit almost 2 weeks later) but in transit nonetheless. Lesson for me is only ship with a scanned receipt from a clerk

I've been dropping off postcards at this location for the past year and half of them never made it to their destinations. They are mishandling mail because I don't have this issue with other drop boxes in the city.

Dropbox is not getting emptied Fri-Sat & mail is overflowing.
3:30- no one answers the phone.
Had to give 1 star but it should be minus-5.
Extremely poor management.

Very bad service, rude, and not honor prepaid shipping labels from Bay, Facebook. Try to charge extra for the package.Post office on Highland and the one near St. Francis Hospital will honor the prepaid shipping postage from Facebook, but they rejected and ask extra money. I drive extra miles to other post office when they rejected. Horrible services.The female worker maybe 40 or 50 years old who really very rude. She is there not try to help, not try to work, but making trouble for customers.

The location is pretty useless to have open. There was a middle age postal worker there at the desk and she was rude and lazy to assist the customer there. She didn’t explain to is which way the line was going so there was confusion with there….She was very unhelpful to me and my daughter when we went to send off a package.
