I try not to use this location as the clerk I have had in the past is incredibly rude but in a bind, dropped 3 packages inside the drop box labeled for “packages only” last Saturday. The google site listing said they were open until 2 (they are not) but as of today, 5 days later none have started tracking. They were priority shipped 2 day. When I went in to ask about them yesterday, the clerk yelled at me (not sure why) about all kinds of things other than the explanation of what happens after dropping a package in the drop box. I’ve never had packages become missing from an actual post office when placed inside so it’s super odd. Waiting to file a service request but this location would not be your best bet for service.UPDATE: spoke with the manager of this and Erin Dr branch who was super helpful. All packages were located and started tracking (albeit almost 2 weeks later) but in transit nonetheless. Lesson for me is only ship with a scanned receipt from a clerk

I've been dropping off postcards at this location for the past year and half of them never made it to their destinations. They are mishandling mail because I don't have this issue with other drop boxes in the city.

Dropbox is not getting emptied Fri-Sat & mail is overflowing.3:30- no one answers the phone.Had to give 1 star but it should be minus-5.Extremely poor management.

Very bad service, rude, and not honor prepaid shipping labels from Bay, Facebook. Try to charge extra for the package.Post office on Highland and the one near St. Francis Hospital will honor the prepaid shipping postage from Facebook, but they rejected and ask extra money. I drive extra miles to other post office when they rejected. Horrible services.The female worker maybe 40 or 50 years old who really very rude. She is there not try to help, not try to work, but making trouble for customers.

The location is pretty useless to have open. There was a middle age postal worker there at the desk and she was rude and lazy to assist the customer there. She didn’t explain to is which way the line was going so there was confusion with there….She was very unhelpful to me and my daughter when we went to send off a package.

Something needs to be done at this location. This is a terrible location. I dropped off packages a week ago here and zero movement on tracking. I guess they are still sitting somewhere at this location. Smh

I have had a box at this location for 6yrs. Never a problem with those working here. Always courteous and helpful. I do have a problem with mail making it to my box lately. It takes 2-3 weeks to recieve mail that used to take 3-4 days. I realize Covid19 & staff reductions cause delays. But its gotten worse since Jan... Even Macys Store ads mailed 1/27 didn't arrive till 2/13 .. 6days after sale ended. Things mailed to my physical address arrive faster. Due to traveling for work . Mail dlv'd to po box is more secure.. but not if it never arrives.. There's a problem somewhere that needs to be fixed.

I got a message today that said my package delivered but it did not. The postman left it at the wrong house. I looked online and found the toll-free number… Only to find out that they could call me back in over an hour but they didn’t have any more information and they directed me to my local post office. Phone number is listed here as well. There is no local post office number listed anywhere. Their website has phone numbers but the first location I called it’s constantly busy, the other phone number sounds like a fax machine. This is simply ridiculous! How can they expect to compete with UPS and FedEx if they have no customer service!!! Where is my package???

Just dropped a letter in the outdoor blue postal box. It was overflowing and I could have grabbed eight or nine letters easily and made off of them. Unfortunately mine slipped through and out of sight before I could grab it back. I would be very concerned that someone would steal it.

I dropped packages off Friday. It's Sunday now. None of my tracking numbers have been updated at all. Drop box collection times have left a plenty opening for my packages to be collected. I try to call and ask but I get put on a "technical support" hold system for at least 40 minutes every time. I sell online and these packages are time sensitive and should've been delivered to most of their destinations by now. I have 9 people on my phone complaining right now. The people here are so lazy, go to the one on Park.

Unsure why they have a “schedule pickup†option for packages. No one ever picks them up. Out of several times trying (to give them the benefit of the doubt), they picked up once. ONCE. It's just ridiculous. Don't offer it if you can't get the job done...
