I'm so sick of dealing with these people..My Bill for 2/26/25 Still Today Have NOT been delivered to the collection agency..So now I have to Pay Again...On card , Another payment. Post Office have No Response,They look you right in your Face and Lie!!!!

How much money does the USPS waste on shipping packages around the world two and three times before actually doing their job.
I’m thinking it’s easier for them just to throw it on the truck and send it back two or three time before actually doing their job

Why do my packages sit for weeks when they go through this Post Office? I ship and receive about 60 packages a week. I understand, it's the holidays and every Post Office takes a little longer right now. This one has my packages sitting there since December 8th. 11 days now. Ridiculous, get it together guys

I selected this location to process my passport replacement application. They were knowledgeable, helpful, and very nice! I also did not have to wait and was on my way in less than ten minutes.

The customer service that I received from the older lady by the name of EVA was horrible and she had a nasty attitude. She made a very smart remark and made a problem out of the label being slightly bigger than the package. She walked away in the mist of me asking her a question and when she returned she’s just laid the receipt down and didn’t say anything else and went on about her business.

Absolutely horrible! These people at the front desk shouldn’t have a job. Dropped off to packages with different labels and the guy was so lazy to not pay attention that he scanned the same label twice when the packages are going to different places. If you don’t want to work customer service don’t be in a customer service job. It’s really that simple!

In the last month 4 packages have magically disappeared once they hit Memphis ten distribution center. i guess cause yall have government jobs you don't have to work.. a bunch of thief's if you ask me
