Just had an altercation with an employee there sitting on the job while everbody else is working being rude and disrespectful even though an employee on the app told me I could return a device and drop it at the store

I was having issues with my iPhone 12 so I went in after work (40 min before they closed). I was told it was my lucky day because I was in for an upgrade and only had to pay for the taxes on new iPhone 15. I asked “so the ONLY” charge is for taxes….how does apple do this”. He said” Verizon just wants you to stay customer”. Three time I was told I would NOT pay for anything but taxes. Well, he lied. I am now paying an additional $106 for the next 35 months for this “free” upgrade. Be careful. They lie without any hesitation or guilt.

The service seems terrible to me, they don't have good customer service, they don't meet expectations, I was requesting that service and it was only a week, they didn't even close my account and they kept coming to the house vilely, I went to the store and they didn't know how to give me an answer, I called customer service and neither did I prefer not to have any service rather than requesting this company's

Will never go back to this store
1st of all my wife got an Iphone and an Apple watch customer service could never port her number they hung up on us several times she took the phone back to the store 1 week after
They told her it will be $50 restocking fee
Well she never got any of her money back
Few weeks later she got a bill of 200+ we thought it was a mistake then she got an other bill this time was 350+ we called customer service they told us the account was never closed at the store
We went back to this store and the ppl that work there wouldn't even give us any assistance finally i had to approach 1 of them they said there was nothing they can do and we had to call customer service
Now customer service was no help neither
Horrible horrible i will stay with at&t

I love this location. Flethcher was very swift & professional. Timothy he was aight. DayDay She’s cool. I just love my whole Verizon team at this location. Customer Service is A1. They always go over & beyond for my family business needs. Thanks guys!!!! Keep it up!

The employees were great and I was just browsing but ended up purchasing internet services. They were so thorough. I highly recommend this place.
