Just happened to run into this store when passing thru the area. They had what I was looking for. Was in and out quickly. The staff I dealt with was very nice and polite. Their debit card reader was having issues when I was there, however this wasn't exactly their fault. Luckily I did have cash. They were apologetic about the problem and handled it best anyone could have.

Love this store…nice and neat. Best customer service. Always have specials going on…found a brand of vitamins I haven’t seen in years since I moved here in 2006…immediately reminded me of home. People I tell you you’ll have no regrets coming here

Great customer service. They just need to have their employees (2 guys there who never wear masks). It makes me very uncomfortable because I have underlining issues.

This place is pretty cool! My husband orders from here online but we stopped by to ask questions. The people working there were knowledgeable and able to answer my questions and I left with what I needed. I'm glad I dropped in!

I had an unfortunate experience with online ordering. You should NOT allow customers to order a product if it is not physically in the store. Having it being picked from the warehouse and sent to the store is not the same bc in my case, even though the online ordering system said that the store had 2 available products in stock at the store, they actually didn’t and when what they normally do (have it pulled from the warehouse and sent to the store) didn’t pan out bc it is completely out of stock everywhere, I was unable to get what I ordered. What then ends up happening is the the employees are left to deal with the repercussions and angry customers when none of it is the employees fault. This is something that needs to be fixed. It’s very deceiving when online ordering shows products in store when they in fact aren’t. Be transparent! Don’t try to be deceiving and say it’s in the store in hopes that you can pick it from the warehouse and have it delivered to the store. That’s doesn’t always work, especially when items are sold out completely all over the U.S. Its deceitful and customers would much prefer transparency. Thankfully, you have a wonderful employee named George who is so professional and understanding and can diffuse unfortunate problems that arise. If he isn’t managing that store already, he needs to. Props to him!
