I go to Vo's twice a month. The last 2 times I've gone, not one tech comes up front to acknowledge that I'm up front. After 10 minutes, I left. Will NOT be back!

I love going to Vo’s Nails!! They always take care of me! The salon is always clean and the Nail Techs are always friendly and accommodating!

The staff is a mix of seasoned and newer nail techs. I have been coming here for years but am usually too busy to come more than three times per year. They always take their time and are super polite. I always make sure to tip them extra during the holidays. The vibe is always kinds and relaxing. I love to come when it’s super slow and there aren’t a lot of people or mommy -daughter clients.

I've never experienced such rude staff in my life, my nail technician being the worst of them. She tried to talk me out of the manicure I requested four times (full set w/ tips), making it clear that she preferred i continue with a service she could finish more quickly. When i insisted on receiving the full set as planned, she proceeded but roughly threw/dropped my hands throughout the entire service, including when she finished - she literally shoved my hands back at me, stood up, curtly said 'you're done' and turned her back immediately. To top it off, my nails are lumpy, uneven and full of air bubbles -- and i never received the manicure portion of the service. Please do not give this place the honor of your business.

This is where I’ve been enjoying getting my pedicures! I never have an appointment due to my work schedule and they are always so nice about fitting me in. It’s such a relaxing experience every time and they do a great job!

The quality of my service was terrible, I showed a photo of what I wanted & it's not what I received. I went back the very next day & was told that the technician who did my nails was off, but comeback the next day, otherwise I'd have to pay all over again & receive a 20% discount. I chose to come back the next day, so the technician could fix it. Of course, I was told she had to leave early, but I could " comeback " the next day, or I could have another technician re-do my nails for full price with a 20% discount. When I asked if I could speak with the Owner of the shop personally, I just kept getting told what they'd said the previous day! I will never spend any more money with this business.

I have been coming here for years, but recently came in which my daughter and they had a sign says if that they no longer allow tips through the credit card machine. Then they installed and ATM so clients can pay a $1 fee to withdraw money for tips. Finally, the ATM only distributes increments of $20. Honestly the process was so complicated that I don't think we will be back. There are other nail salons that have the same quality and don't make it this complicated to tip your technician:

Today my experience was horrible! I feel they are racist! I did not get the same treatment as others of a different color as if I was not spending money as they were! I love how they do my nails but I will never return!

This was my second visit to VO's nail salon. The first time, I got shellac on my finger nails and the tech did a good job. I decided to go this afternoon, May 21, 2023, to get a pedicure, I wanted to have a relaxing pedicure. This time the tech did a rush and botched job, she did not even exfoliate the small amount of dry skin that was on my feet nor did she massage my feet and legs. I am so glad I did not spend extra money to get the salt scrub or the more expensive pedicure because she didn't do a good job with the basic. I don't think she was expecting to get a tip because she knew she didn't do a good job. I have respect for good nail tech, and will always leave a good tip, but when you do a mediocre job, don't expect a tip because you don't deserve it. I will keep looking for a good nail salon.Service: Pedicure

Will not go back. The person who did my nails had dirty nails and when she found out I did not have cash for a tip, she increased the price. Never again!Service: Manicure
