Was on hold for an hour to speak with someone. When someone did finally answer, they hung up on me. This is the worse pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with.

The Pharmacist Coty was awesome. I had run out of my meds while traveling and she was awesome in helping me get one day doses of all my meds since I couldn’t travel back home for another 24 hours.I am truly grateful for the staff’s quick attention to my difficult situation.

I had to sit in the drive-thru line for almost 40 minutes to be seen for an appointment I had made previously. I have called twice to find out test results & i was hung up on both times. the staff is extremely unprofessional, i would find a better location.

This should not be a pharmacist. Medicines are delayed and the cashiers at the pharmacy window are extremely rude and disrespectful. Prescriptions are cancelled without notice and you have to call and ask why only to be met with unprofessional, unethical behavior. They tell you that you will have your medicine whenever as if it’s not important. Told me to go someplace else because they don’t have to fill a person’s medicines. Then tell you it’s not in stock but when you say you will contact the board they lie and say it is. You’re in the wrong job if you think it is good to delay a person’s care. Corporate really needs to investigate these comments. Also the board of TN. A consumer has the right to complain about poor service that is not an excuse for you to abuse your authority. You’re a disgrace to the profession.

This location's service is terrible. I called in regarding some prescribed eye drops that I needed before surgery. They were out of 2 of them and were going to call other locations and call me back. I waited 3 hours and called them back. They hung up 4 times and when I did get through, I got put on hold and got disconnected. Go to CVS.

I cannot even put in to words how disgusted I am with this location. I have used Walgreens since I was a child and have recently been in a car accident which requires me to routinely get medications.I had used the app (as I always do) to pick up my antidepressant on Feb. 9th. I continued to check and the order stated stating it had been received. I attempted to call, no answer. I called again a few days later, was put on hold and the ended. Today, I finally got to speak to hands down, the most inconsiderate employee I have ever encountered when working with any business.I obviously called regarding my prescription pending. The employee immediately stated "you have no prescription here and you have never picked up from here." I explained that I had it on my app, I verified the correct address with him, and also provided the RX # for my ANTIDEPRESSANT that was supposed to be ready on Feb 9th (see image below). He looked up the RX, verified the prescription and stated it was not at his store. I then asked for the store it states that it is at so I could call them and he said he does not know which store it is at that it only gives the store number. He only knew what his store number was. There's no way of looking that up? He said no.I work in customer service, I work in management, I have to handle phone calls daily. I understand that sometimes complex situations occur (my app is showing your location and you are seeing different). However, being that I obviously NEED this medication, he could not give me any assistance?I know he could, because I called the location on Canada road and they will have the prescription ready in an hour. Now I will drive 30 minutes to get my prescription because this man at Union could not assist me.What a joke.

Multiple terrible experiences at this location. Terrible, untimely customer service. Will yell at you if call to ask them to start a called in prescription, leave you on hold or hang up on you and often times they are walking back and forth past the pick up window and don't even acknowledge your existence

This place doesn't deserve even one star but that is not an option. They mess up every prescription I try to get there. I get voicemails, texts and emails telling me my Rx is ready, I wait in line for a ridiculous amount of time only to be told they have NO prescriptions ready for me! And it's not just me-last night, the woman in front of me had the same problem. I just switched everything to CVS in Target. No lines, no mistakes, friendly, helpful and knowledgable staff.
