Typically great service, but I really believe they are understaffed. Looked frantically for the medication in the pharmacy after getting text that medication was ready. The medication was not ready, and I spent an extra 30 minutes at the store for no reason.

This Walgreen's Pharmacy is great. They're open 24 hours, minus a lunch break in the middle of the night. I can drop off a Rx on my way to work in the morning, and pick it up on my way home. Awesome!I needed some syringes and needles to go along with my testosterone, and they didn't stock the appropriate sizes. I thought that was odd. They can order them of course, and they'll be in a couple of days. No big deal, just thought I'd mention it. It's a review after all.Highly recommend this Walgreen's in general. Very nice, helpful staff.

This Walgreens pharmacy location is in desperate need of help. They appear to be short staffed and not getting to their e-fax prescriptions in a timely manner. One of the pharmacy tech’s behavior was very unprofessional. She was disgruntled about her paycheck, talked out loud about it, and refused to help her colleagues because the company didn’t pay her what they owed her. Also witnessed her working drive thru window talking loud and being unprofessional with the customers in the drive thru. I will never have another prescription filled at that location.

Waited 2 hours in the drive tho Cannot get walgreens pharmacy to fulfill my prescription The pharmacist working there even gave me the wrong medication highy Do not recommend. Is highly incompetent

This is the slowest, unoriganized business. Prescription might be ready but it is an hour or longer in line waiting!!! Ridiculous!!!☹️

If you like short lines that take an hour to move, this is the pharmacy for you. It's not the staffs fault it's the organizational nightmare behind the counter they work in.

absolute worse customer service. call pharmacy and you will be on hold for at least an hour. long lines for outside pickup, that is if it is not closed due to staff issues or their microphone not working. once inside long lines to pickup prescriptions. we used to like the 24 hour ability but for the past few years it has progressively gotten worse. constant out of stock on some items. we finally changed to another walgreens and it is wonderful, staff is friendly and responsive and no lines.

Do not schedule any vaccines at the Walgreens on Macon Rd in Cordova, TN. They refused to give vaccines for scheduled appointments because their pharmacist on duty did not know how to administer a shot.

Retail pharmacies are generally pretty crummy. This one is comically awful. Literally the worst I’ve ever encountered.In the last 7 days I have:- waited inside at the pharmacy counter for 30 minutes with only one person in front of me. I used express pay, showed the QR code, but they couldn’t find my scrip for several minutes. Then didn’t understand I’d already paid.- a few of my scrips still weren’t ready, so I returned the next night… an hour in the car line. One of my daughters’ scrips wasn’t ready. She was out.- 3rd night, returned. Waited an hour and her scrip was cancelled? Not by me. The guy at the window said he couldn’t even find it in the system. Showed him the app with the scrip. Nope. Finally found it in their system. Pharmacist told me he couldn’t do anything. I was left with no idea what to do. Called her dr. No idea. Called my insurance co and they said they sent a note back to the pharmacy 8 days before notifying them of a generic along with instructions and a number for more info. Walgreens chose to cancel my order without letting me know. Then couldn’t tell me what to do? My daughter had been out of her meds for days.I began my call with my insurance co 49 minutes ago. They called the pharmacy on my behalf. They’re still on hold with Walgreens.…60 minutes……65...The person from OptumRx just switched over to let me know that there’s still only one caller ahead of her. The last time she said that was about 15 minutes ago.…70 minutes…Yay! Next in line after only an hour and fifteen minutes.I’m nervous. The last time I spent this much time on hold with them, maybe 3 weeks ago, they picked up, someone mumbled, then hung up.…1:20……1:50……1:56. The person from OptumRx just switched over to see if I was still alive.Ok. It’s been over two hours. The person from my insurance company just switched over to say she’s never been on hold this long.My daughter leaves town tomorrow. She’s been out of her meds for a week.My insurance person is giving up. I have to go into the pharmacy and wait again. She used the term “ridiculous”I agree.I have spent 5 hours of my life this week waiting on this Walgreens. My daughter has been out of her meds for over a week.They should close.

I have waited 9 hours for my prescriptions to be filled. I'm really needing my inhaler and my other meds. Sick with a Sinus infection and have to go back to work tomorrow. Brian the manager is a complete A** HAT he needs to be replaced he does not know how to do his job or handle customer service. I would give it 0 stars if I could. A** HAT!!!!!

I don't even want to give this pharmacy a star. It was the SLOWEST! Waited over an hour for a prescription. That's horrible customer service. Walgreens, learn to staff well. This is unacceptable. (I never write reviews, but this is not okay.)

Very slow. Still waiting for them to fill a prescription that they have in stock after 2 days. You wait on the phone for an hour plus and then the pharmacist hangs you up

Pharmacy has really gone down hill. The worst service and they mess up prescriptions. When you try to call, the phone is never picked up. I waited 40 hours for a prescription refill because they forgot to push a button. Do not use this Pharmacy if you don't want to be angry and frustrated.

The pharmacy staff is slow, rude, and never pick up the phone. They will mess up your prescription or delay it and then just shrug when you complain. I have seen many angry and annoyed customers at this pharmacy who storm off. They need to be investigated by corporate.
