  The following day, I was met with John for help with photos. I'm sorry to say that I have a brief description of my encounter bc I meant to give him his due commendations more promptly but I got busy, so it's been a while for my memory. In short, he truly went above & beyond the call of duty!!! [🗣Who keeps hiring all these great people?!] If I say that I haven't had great service like this in YEARS!!! You'd question the above review -- But he gave me the kind of service that was selfless. John is genuine, helpful, kind & loyal to his craft! Thanks, John, for a wonderful Walgreens experience!!!!!!! People like you are crowned with glory - stay in that place! 💯

  The staff are incompete and makes up rules as they see fit. I've since started moving my prescriptions elsewhere. However, my diabetic prescriptions continues to be a problem. The pharmacist says Walgreens charges $75 for a $25 refill now. Something about this doesn't sit well with me or my finances. I'm calling both Walgreens corporate and my insurance company for resolution.

  They don't deserve not even one star!!!! I tried to fill my prescription here and when I got to the store they said their phones were down and they couldnt fill my prescription ( pain medication) and they said they could not transfer the prescription to another Walgreens store which was only 5 minutes away! So I had to suffer with this pain all night long because they refuse to transfer it to another store.;( :( : (. I am SO PISSED OFF RIGHT NOW!!!!!. I'm going to start filling my subscriptions somewhere else for sure😕😕‼️

  The female pharmacist at this location is rude, unprofessional and lacks compassion. The even lies to cover mistakes by the staff. The male pharmacist and male pharmacy tech have always been patient, kind and informative. I've finally had enough and moving my prescriptions from this location.

  I am highly disappointed I moved here from Indy and being leaving here for over a year the pharmacy is nothing to write home about never having the medications that was prescribed the height was yesterday it wasn’t a storm billiard NO ONE SHOWED UP AT THE PHARMACY SECTION FOR THE ENTIRE DAY YESTERDAY 02/19/25….its like going to the hospital and no one is there to answer in which the medication was sent the previous and wasn’t ready and told to come the next day in which no one was going to show up now my sons case got worsen this is so sad that little things that deals with healthcare people don’t know their roles importance…please know you hold an important role there should be something or someway where consumers be altered that medication we will be transferred to the nearest available Walgreens I was willing to go the ends…..now we are back at the ER at 4:30am

  NEVER GO TO THIS PHARMACY!!!! Every single person that works there has an attitude problem and moves at a snail’s pace. Not to mention they will straight up lie to you about your prescriptions. I was told that all my prescriptions would be done in the same day, all of them are medications I need to survive and have already waited an extra day for because none of the people that work there can input data correctly and forced me to contact my insurance to get their mistake fixed. When I got there to pick them up I was informed the medication I needed the most was actually on order and won’t be ready until “maybe tomorrow”. Every person that works at this pharmacy should be embarrassed. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

  I have been using this drugstore for probably 12 years. There are some very nice people who work here. However, customer service declines seemingly every year. I just had a bad experience where I tried to pick up two prescriptions and the person at the window totally ignored me. She ignored the people in the store and outside the store. When I pushed the call button she hung up on me. I knocked on the glass and she ignored me again. I realize there are busy times, but one could at least be polite. I finally gave up and left

  Mr Alex, the pharmacist is the gem! He is the most wonderful and kindest pharmacist that you can have! He has always gone above and beyond to help the customers! I have always experienced the first class customer service and all the staff have been very kind! I would love to give Mr Alex a 10 star!! I cannot thank him enough for what he has done for me today! It is a privilege to work with such a great human being!! Please keep up all the wonderful things that you all do for all your patients!!

  This location is usually very quick professional and welcoming, but this morning 10 AM the cashier at the pharmacy was extremely rude and unprofessional. I know all companies are short handed but this young person did NOT even speak walking past me several times never speaking to me or asking if I needed help. Very RUDE and unpleasant.

  This pharmacy location is absolutely horrible. The service is slow and they will give you wrong info regarding your available prescriptions. I’ve made 4 trips in the last week because I couldn’t get them on the phone . Today I waited over 10 minutes for change. I’m done . They don’t consider the customers time and service is absolutely terrible. Don’t go here, save your time and energy and find another pharmacy .

  The worse Walgreens ever, I went into the store to get medical for my son and pushed the button for assistance no one ever, ever came, I went to the front and just paid for the other medicines and left.

  Bathrooms locked she wouldn’t open it because they were “about to close” and don’t close until 11:00. It was 9:38. Smh.
