@8:10 am I am not sure who I spoke to in pharmacy but the filthy and vile attitude this lady had will make anyone not trust to get their medication here. I called to check a prescription & needed to know if it was ready because I didn’t receive any notifications about it and the automated system said it couldn’t find my name in the system, so for obvious reasons I needed to speak with an representative. I came here before and the staff has gotten worse. They all need to be replaced especially while handling peoples medications. Bad attitudes & medications is not safe.

We went to the window to get pain meds from my husband having a burn. A pharmacy tech named Kristi was rude and was not helpful. Said we had 4 profiles and didn’t know which was what. I tried giving her our address and she was angry saying we didn’t have a prescription. We called the NP that prescribed the meds and he resent the medicine, tried to call this Walgreens and they hung up on him. Another lady came to window after Kristi walked off and was much kinder and helpful. We eventually got our medicine but can say we will NEVER be back. Walgreens is going down hiring people to help with her attitude

The pharmacy has a terrible routine of placing you on hold without acknowledging that you are on the line. They continuously place you on hold and never coming back to answer your questions.

Walgreens needs to learn how to properly staff. I shouldn’t have to expect to be on hold for 15-30 minutes every time I call a Walgreens.

Jesus, take the wheel. My doc called in my prescription by mistake--it was supposed to go to CVS. Well, I thought I'd save myself some time and just have the medication shipped from Walgreens. Bad mistake. Really bad mistake. The Walgreens site shows the medication as 'to be delivered on 4/2'. It's now 4/3, and the fedex site shows the medication hasn't even been picked up by Fed ex!!!!!!!!!! I called the store and was told 'well, it's still here since Fed Ex doesn't pick up until Wednesday'. Shut this horrible business down!

This location has some of the worst practices of any pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. They will literally hang up the phone on you when you try to call in a prescription for a patient. Other times they will just let the phone ring and ring and ring. No accountability. No thought of the patients or prescribers. Corporate needs to be involved at once and get this facility together because this is ridiculous. My patients deserve better!

Terrible customer service in the pharmacy. They’re so unprofessional til I had to give a review this time. I have had several encounters before now. Then when I tried reaching out to the manager they kept picking up the phone and putting back on hold. This is very awful and very unacceptable.
