Very poor customer service. There are only a couple who answer questions with patience and present with an approachable attitude. We all have busy days, deal with rude customers and even dislike our jobs but that should not mean you take it out on every other customer you serve. The people working at this pharmacy are rude and speak with a tone of condecendence which greatly affects the experience of just trying to get the medication you rely on.

They need to seriously clean up their bathrooms. Everything else seems fine. Although the lines are pretty long, both for the store and pharmacy.

Extremely incompetent and rude pharmacy techs here. Waited three days for my medication only for them to finally say that they were out of stock. They then lied about when they would have it 3 separate times. DO NOT GET YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS FILLED HERE.

Potentially the worst run pharmacy in the United States. Long lines. Rarely more than one line to check out. Lost prescriptions.

Literally took my card for my prescription then rang back asking how they can help me. Then when I told the cashier at the pharmacy that she already took my card and charged it for the medication. She tried to say “no I didn’t” then said oh wait. As well as the cashier up front Janet is always rude. No your welcome when I say thank you and just stares at me like I’m stupid. Horrible.

If I get a call that my prescription is ready, I would expect it to be ready when I go to pick it up. So when my husband went to pick his up and not only was it NOT ready, but it wasn’t even in stock and the pharmacist (Angel) treated him HORRIBLY….That’s it on the Walgreens on Union and McClean for us. This is one of MANY circumstances we’ve had that were nearly traumatic with this Walgreens. It should not be this hard to get what we need to be healthy.

Well stocked store. Quick & efficient checkout. Courteous cashier clerks. Also, being a 24 hour store doesn't hurt. It's a thumbs up for me. 👍

The pharmacy cashier at the 24 hrs Walgreens on Union was very rude. She also had previously given me someone else's prescription bc she didn't verify.
