I came to this location to pick up some things for someone. When I requested help from a lady in the store, she stepped back as if I were an animal and did not help me with the item I needed to pick up. The item was locked in a case that needed to be unlocked. I had to request help from a wonderful young man at the counter who after several minutes was able to step away from his register and help me. Some employees here are judgemental and will not give you a minute of their time to assist with unlocking product that is inaccessible to paying customers all based on looks. I was judged and refused help simply because I have psoriasis and feel I was judged based on my skin. Your money is better spent at another location such as CVS or Kroger as some staff here will refuse help to you solely based off of your skin and appearance.

02-04-2025, A call was placed about my mom's call in prescriptions. The tech in the pharmacy was so ruled and aggressive from answering the phone to hanging up on me. Very unprofessional, she stated the meds will be in on the 5th. After calling back and speaking to another tech I was informed all 4 medications would be ready in an hour. That's why I don't fill any of my prescriptions at Walgreens today, because of the unprofessional techs. An undercover boss needs to call, pop up and properly train these techs. I'll mop the Mississippi River befoe I give them my business.

The pharmacy sucks. I've never seen a place you have medicine you need an it takes 2 to 3 days for them to fill order when they have almost 10 people working back there at one time. Black people are so lazy an unprofessional!

I go through the drive through to get my medicine one of the windows doesn't work so certain times you wait in line a half hour some people go to the window and they will be there for 10 minutes if there medicine isn't ready they should tell them to come in they are working on it I have also had problems with them only have part of my medicine or they have to order it I waited 2 weeks for some foot powder when I burnt the top of my foot by the time I got the medicine it was just about healed up

I went to fill my prescription in the morning and they told me to come back after 2pm. It was closed all afternoon. I lost my day.

The entire pharmacy department needs to be fired they are using profanity calling customers out of their names and being very unprofessional when it comes to healthcare provided at this location.Walgreens is a business not a steer corner they are not representing this company in the appropriate fashion even stooping so low as to violate hippa laws screaming out patients personal business as if they don’t have rules to follow from the board of pharmacy..

I tried to use the atm at 9:50 pm, and they had already locked the doors and said they were closed when the sign said they did not close until 10:00

The pharmacy is the rudest department despite the solace they are suppose to provide. The staff can barely answer questions and even the pharmacist has a bad attitude. I came to get a COVID/flu test online for my 4 y/o and they had no idea what I was talking about and spoke loudly about "I DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT TO DO" then continued "Get somebody else to do it" very disappointed and disgusted with this pharmacy department. Not to mention the wait is immensely long.
