This has got to be one of the worst locations. It’s extremely slow at the pharmacy and the phone line doesn’t work all the time.

IMPOSSIBLE to get staff on the phone. I work in a clinic and am never able to get a pharmacist on the phone to check on prescriptions we send to them. Was on hold for 26 minutes and they just picked up and hung up the line. They did this twice. If you are a patient in need of medication, I advise you to NOT use this location because they claim they don't receive prescriptions that we know have been sent and they will not communicate with your doctor's office to help you out.

Right now waiting behind a car with the engine off. I'm sure they're getting a prescriptions filled. Which they should have them drive around for.....

So passed right now...just got off work at 2am....headed to Walgreens to get soap and tissue....and they out of soap so I put back everything else in my cart and left & wrote this review.....high as Walgreens should never be sold out....period.

I called Walgreens this morning to get my prescription filled at this location after speaking with my clinic pharmacy. The woman who I spoke to was very rude and told me that Walgreens don’t call clinics🤦🏽♀️ from my understanding Walgreens can email or send a fax to a clinic pharmacy… but Walgreens will call and text all day when your prescription is ready. Luckily my clinic can have it delivered to me🙂
And honestly that was my second time calling Walgreens this morning… the first time I called I spoke with a man and I said the same thing about reaching out to my clinic pharmacy for a refill to be sent over and he said ok, he asked me for my pharmacy information and said he would have it…2 hours passed and that’s why I called back.

Best customer service experience that I have had in quite a while and it's definitely a pleasure to have a store that is still conveniently open 24hrs. It is very much appreciated on many levels

It shouldn’t be such a hassle to call and inquire about medication! The staff are rude with very unpleasant dispositions.

Just called the pharmacy. Lady is super rude and acts as though she hates her job. Gave me very rude tone when i had a question about my prescription that ive been needing for 2 days now. Hire better staff.

The Pharmacist was so kind Thomas. The medication my grandmother needed was very expensive I only had enough money for one. He took his time and searched for a discount to help me be able to purchase both medications. He was truly a Blessing to my grandmother & I. Thank you so much Thomas!!

Attempted to refill my medication was told the refill was already in process… How I just tried to refill it. Was told by pharmacy worker that she didn’t know why my medication was already on refill but it wouldn’t be ready til Monday this is Saturday and I’m out of medication.. Was told that my medication was at the warehouse she would see if she could have it available Sunday.. why is Walgreens refilling medication on their on and making patients wait for days to receive their medications
