Somehow the associate or the computer tried to run my card multiple times on one transaction causing my card to decline for lack of funds. Then she became extremely rude when I tried to explain that no, I didn’t want to do a different payment method because something was clearly wrong for the computer to say the one I was trying to use didn’t have enough funds. I canceled the entire transaction. Hopefully that stops all of the charges they were trying to get. Of course they are currently still pending and who knows how long that will take. I suggest using cash if you must use this store. Although, after this visit, I will do my best not to use them.

Absolutely HORRIBLE PLACE TO GO, ESPECIALLY THE PHARMACY, AND ILL BE FAIR THEY MAY JUST BE OVERWHELMINGLY BUSY LIKE ALL THE TIME, BUT THAT DOESN'T MATTER, ITS NOT WHAT YOU DO BUT HOW YOU DO IT.
BUT THEY LOVE TO ANSWER THE PHONE AND HANG UP ON YOU UP TO 10 TIMES STRAIGHT, IF THEY DONT HANG UP, THEY JUST PUT YOU ON HOLD WITHOUT TELLING YOU. THIS LOCATION LITERALLY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN, ITS THAT ATROCIOUS.

For a store that is supposed to be open 24 hrs there have been a lot of times here recently when I try to go there any time they are always closed. I mean if this store can’t find people that wanna work then change your hours altogether and don’t be 24 hrs anymore. It’s crazy this is the one place that is supposed to be open 24 hrs yet if I need something in the middle of the night it’s a guessing game as to whether they will be open or not.

A number of times diabetes treatment is sent to this pharmacy, and every time I wait weeks and then they say the treatment is not available and the insulin prescription is not available. They deal with many customers who use insulin, but they intend to offend me and not give me the prescription. When I ask for customer services, they give me the medicine within minutes. They deal with me with extreme racism. There is no humanity in them. They are at the peak of horror. What is this racism and this bullying? This is the worst pharmacy that has ever dealt with me.

The pharmacist (African American), I didn’t get his name, that I encountered on 10jul2024 around 5pm was extremely unprofessional and rude. He would not engage in conversation with me, he basically was ignoring me and backing backhanded comments. Someone should speak to him about his unprofessional behavior.
Pharmacy line is usually long and only one person working the counter. The line for checking out is usually long too.
Improve your pharmacy staff. Staff effectively. Answer the phone!
