I went to the pharmacy, and I can't believe a young person working behind the counter not only acknowledged me but said she'll be right with me and she was! Mostly, all of the time, when a young person is doing customer service, it's absolutely awful, and you just hope you get your correct change and go. But today, was a breath of fresh dam air! I will be back.....to this location.

I left my needed items( female hygiene / athletic foot spray)in the store and walked out. The pharmacy is excellent and said they would ring me up. The store looks like someone attempted a break in. There is wood covering a front window. One male worker was overwhelmed with female customers. Maybe, it was the time of the day, after 7 pm. I would advise to pass this establishment, unless you go to the pharmacy. I waited 30 minutes and no one could ring me up.

I was truly grateful for the pharmacy tech that continuously called my doctor until she finally reached someone and was able to get me approved for an additional refill on my medication. And although I have answered roughly 300 or more of these surveys, I will continue to sing the praises of the awesome staff at the Walgreens on Austin Peay!!!!

Pharmacy employees are rude and wanted me to wait while one is on the phone looking at the screen and the other is staring at that one when all I needed was to drop off a prescription to put on file. Didn't even need to fill it. They said rudely that they'd get me when they're done. I asked how many people it takes to look at a screen. It's called delegating... they had plenty of people back there one could have just grabbed my script and scanned it but that's not what happened. No to mention it's already been waiting awhile in the drive thru with only 1 car in front of me, backed out to go in (they have the second lane blocked which doesn't suprise me) No line. They had no interest in helping me! And I had my 3 year old son with me.
Went to Bartlett location, got me in and out no issue!

Had to get a prescription filled here. Not the best location in the world. There was a long line in the drive thru, but it went fast.

Slowest pharmacy on earth. Customer Service is non existent. I wait over 15 minutes every time I pick up my prescriptions. Have had to leave and come back a lot. Someone should speak to them about how to treat customers.

I went to this particular location to pick up my prescription and they ended up giving me wrong prescription for thyroid problems. Glad I checked out my order before something bad happened to me. And the service and long wait times are ridiculous. It's like nobody really care about good service anymore. I decided to stay away from this particular location and shop elsewhere.

The store is clean, but barely ever has the necessities. When you walk through the front door, the clerk up front ALWAYS greet you 85% of time. However, when you get back there to that pharmacy, that's where the problem is. The tall, dark pharmacy assistant girl always has a washed up look on her face like she hates to see anyone coming. She is very dry, no smile, won't speak, and keeps her nose turned up or looking mad about something. The skinny light skin pharmacist with the long braids, stays just sitting back there on the phone pretending to be talking to a doctor or clinic. She will hear us up there and won't turn her head. But when 1:30 strikes, both of them seem to come to life to get up and roll those doors down for break. Worst pharmacy!!!

I stopped at this location looking for Chloraseptic spray. The Pharmacist was at the window (African American female) talking to a friend. Friend had not seen her in a while; look through her phone for the pharmacist number - verified it. Mind you I'm still standing at least 6 feet behind the friend. Gave eye contact to the pharmacist. Friend eventually walks away - Pharmacist-looks at me turns and walks away too! Customer service is horrible. Would have taken a second to tell me where I would find the spray. I did look for it, however, I'm battling a headache and a sore throat.
