This is a very unsafe store. Was in there tonight. Employees were yelling at each other at the front of the store. Another was yelling into her phone in the parking lot. This was a very unsafe situation. I urge you not to go there!

I was very disappointed in my purchase of Planters Salted Cashews. They had rust and water in the lid when I opened them. I was grossed out. They acted as if it wasn't bad customer service.

I wonder what is worse. Is it the location or the people employed there. One told me, "If you dont like it, choose another pharmacy."' Well, it's not about me choosing another pharmacy. It's about you people doing your uckin job." $6000 a year these clowns make off me in prescriptions. $6000! They need to get their shish together.

Came in for household items n skincare products. I have a list, I have digital coupons and I have read the sales ad. I'm checking out and some items didnt ring up properly. I asked the cashier isnt this on sale, buy2 get 1 free. His response was, i dont know, I'm just a cashier. I said, can u repeat that, didnt hear u. He said, i dont know, im just a cashier. I said plz call a manager. Manager comes up front and doesn't acknowledge me, the customer. So, I let her and employee talk. She then asks employee was he ok. I am extremely offended by this comment and the communication. I said, I'm the customer, you didnt ask me if I was alright. Her response, I'm checking on my coworker, you talked to him like he's slow. I, responded to your coworker in the manner he spoke to me. So, yeah, I left $70 worth of merchandise sitting at the front register. Customer service isnt top priority but, you will NOT GET MY DOLLARS

Pharmacy here sucks use to be my go to place. Line in drive thru long and only one lane open. I know a lot of locations are doing covid test so I went inside wasn’t any better. A lot of waiting people inside also however no one was in the actual line so I walked up and stood there several minutes and was ignored by two employees. After nearly standing there 10 minutes a 3rd employee walked out and did atleast acknowledge me by saying we will be with you shortly. Still waiting I decided to just leave. I went to another Walgreens and was treated much better and got my medicine filled an a hour.

Walgreens apparently is not the place for customer service at this store either. Walked in no shopping carts or baskets. I asked the cashier she simply said wr don have any. I am carring a list of items. So i walk up to her register because i see baskets. I as to use one of those basketsets. The response. We don't let customers use those baskets. So I've got a list of items and you would rather i leave. OK.

Previously went to Walgreens: so many Rx scripts were not correct and lots of times they did not have the product in their inventory and there was a wait time to get it. Customer service was definitely lacking and I felt that no one was interested in actually helping . I asked that they not call me for refills. Apparently there is a lack of communication between the actual pharmacy and the people who call or text you about a prescription. I would get a text saying mine was ready to be picked up and when I arrived, was told I needed to wait approximately 30 minutes or so. Last straw was when I needed pain meds after a procedure was done and there were none and the waiting was a couple hours, I did voice my concern about an Rx that was incorrect and told them that I felt like I couldn't trust anyone there, that was when I decided to go another route and now I use Kroger.

The store was clean and good lighting. Service was good and merchandise stocked neatly. I was greeted upon entering the store and nice staff.

Why put a price up thats not actually the price and then get to the register its different very deceiving for customers...rude manager!!!
