Had to get an emergency health item on June 3
Store supposed to open at 8AM. Stood out side until 815 until admitted to buy my item. No explanation, no excuses, no apologies. Rude and disinterested service. It threw my morning off. Guess that is how customers are treated in Memphis.

Worst pharmacy ever, they don't tell you about any insurance that saves money, very rude, no customer skills whatsoever, make their own hours, more occupied with social media on their phones than they are with customers and people's life-saving medications.

I just called this store for the pharmacy I was kept on hold no one ever answered the phone but kept putting me back on hold over and over again then hung up the phone I called back and again the same thing constantly being put on hold with no one answering the phone at all but being put me on hold repeatedly

Worst customer “service” ever! You’re already sick, for the most part, when calling and being told a prescription is out of stock and not assisting in helping locate at another location: “I can give you some numbers and YOU can call”. No thank you. I’ll never use you again.

The photo department at Walgreens consistently disappoints with its subpar operating efficiency and lack of consistency. Whether it's printing photos or creating custom items, the process always seems to be plagued with delays and errors. It's frustrating to place an order and then have to wait longer than promised, only to receive substandard quality prints or products. Additionally, the inconsistency in the output quality makes it difficult to rely on this service for important projects or cherished memories.
However, amidst these shortcomings, the bright spot at Walgreens is undoubtedly its exceptional team of cashiers and the night shift manager on duty. The cashiers consistently provide friendly and efficient service, making checkout a breeze even during busy times. Their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction deserve recognition.
Moreover, the night shift manager stands out for her remarkable customer service skills, de-escalation techniques, and conflict resolution abilities. She handles challenging situations with grace and tact, ensuring that every customer leaves satisfied, even in the face of adversity. Her presence is a testament to Walgreens' commitment to excellent customer experiences, and she truly elevates the store's reputation.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!I walked into Walgreens to purchase two items, as I was approaching the counter two young ladies were immersed in conversation without even acknowledging a customer's presence. I asked the lady with a MANAGER’S badge on, which register was open, w/o uttering one word she pointed down. If this is what cashiers have as an example, what a travesty. The lack of good customer service nowadays is ABSOLUTELY SAD!!

The pharmacy is terrible. I stay on hold forever. Been waiting 7 days for my prescription and they still don’t have in stock. They never have it in stock. The pharmacy assistant has a bad attitude. Terrible customer service.

I don't normally do the review thing...just looking up the phone number and insurance information...I go in there all the time to put money on my chime,,very polite.i use their pharmacy and I have insurance that doesn't cover with them but I just pay a few dollars more with goodrx and I've never had a problem....NOT ONE!!! My new plan now is I'm supposed to get prescriptions Free but I still stuck with them..... BECAUSE I NEVER HAVE A PROBLEM EVER!!... They are very kind to me and maybe it's because I recipocate kindness back, something that's been lacking for way too long

I waited 2 1/2 wks for them to fill my Rx! Finally get it & it's only partial fill. Insurance makes me use them! Company has contracts with Big Pharma & care less about service.
