Walgreens - you have employed a very racist and ornery cashier… she’s older and white but I didn’t get her name. She is incredibly rude to Black customers - no greeting and barking orders at you. I had to correct her and let her know not to ever speak to me in that manner and she fixed it but I’m not here to train your employee on proper communication and customer service. Somebody needs to get her under control ASAP. I’ll start going to another location for now but this needs to be looked into.

I went into this Walgreens today and purchased an item but was not given a receipt instead I was told it would come to my email. I explained to the cashier that I am not setup to receive emails from Walgreens, so I went to my car waited 5 minutes and went back to store telling her I didn't receive an email. I requested a refund and the cashier and the other man thats works there tell me I must get my money back on a gift card because I didn't have a receipt. Please make that make sense because you didn't give me one so how was I supposed to give you one back. These people have lost minds. I will not go back into that Walgreens or maybe any Walgreens. I did contact 1 800 number, but I know they won't response and both employees had awful customer service skills.

The pharmacy staff are extremely rude in every interaction I have with them. One pharmacy tech angrily threw my prescription across the counter at me – I understand if someone is having a bad day, but they need to treat customers with more respect and kindness.

The female pharmacist and pharmacy staff are unbelievably disrespectful. It’s unacceptable to treat customers in the way that they have. I will be transferring prescriptions to a different location.

I understand Walgreens across the country are closing their doors. Their policies, their customer service, they're horrible communication skills might be just the tip of the iceberg. Whatever you do do not order their new prescription delivery service. It is not through Walgreens, but in conjunction with DoorDash. You will pay six dollars to have it delivered same day and you will wait hours or days and when you call, nobody knows anything they go. Oh no, it's not with Walgreens. It's with DoorDash. When I told the pharmacist that, no sir, I ordered delivery through Walgreens with no mention whatsoever of DoorDash. I have now been told even though I paid extra to have a delivered today at 10:30 this morning. It's now almost 5 o'clock, it has not been picked up to be delivered, they have no idea if anybody has even been called to pick it up and then the pharmacist said well it's only cough medicine it's not like it's emergency or anything. I informed him that I have been up all night and all day coughing my head off and that is to me. It is an emergency to take something to help with my cough and I'm sorry that he doesn't even have the basic human compassion to find out when my damn medicine would be delivered.So here I am sick in my car waiting in line to pick up a prescription that I paid an extra six dollars to have delivered hours ago. I hate Walgreens.

Customer service was horrible. My husband stop to pick up something and use the bathroom while on a break at work and they lady has a problem with him. Walgreen use to have caring and great customer service and I have had issue last few years with different ones. However last night was the most annoying frustrating experience that my husband has had to go through. Walgreen needs to do better

Best Walgreens in the city! Beth took the time to help me find the item I needed. This was my third Walgreens of the morning and the website showes in stock at each one but I couldn't find it. Thank you Beth for saving the day! Julie was also awesome.
Also, it would be helpful for the jaw ice packs to be with all the other ice packs. :)

The pharmacy employees at this location are unkind, disrespectful, and do not deserve jobs that involve interacting with other humans. The offensive way they speak to customers is uncalled for. I will be transferring all prescriptions to a different pharmacy. They should be ashamed of how they treat people.

The old lady that was at the register was rude as hell talk to people like she didn’t know didn’t have no common sense and literally didn’t understand what flexible spending account was when all she had to do is enter it as other type of payment and telling me why I don’t work I don’t know. I don’t know what to do. You should know what to do thats your job, i use it all over the place even in different States every Walgreens works so obviously you don’t know what you’re doing with the register job your crabby old witch i believe you should improve yourself go get a job somewhere else or go to the nursing home and just crawl up in a corner somewhere cause you’re you’re just weird and you ruin the whole shopping experience. I wish your manager was there because I sure would’ve placed the complaint against you for not knowing your job for your attitude.

The front desk clerk was very rude and is rude every time I go to this Walgreens. Pharmacy is understaffed and also has an extensive wait on the phone or waiting in line.

On March 16th 2024 I had to run into Walgreens real quick for just some batteries and an energy drink. The store was very clean and it was well stocked. I was able to go get the things that I needed within 2 to 3 minutes. The cashier at the register was very friendly and asked how I was doing. That was such a breath of fresh air to have such wonderful customer service. I think the cashier and I was in and out of the store and under 5 minutes. Now this is how a Walgreens should be ran. Kudos to the wonderful employees at this location at Poplar Avenue and white station in Memphis Tennessee.

The pharmacy is the worst in memphis. The staff are rude, condescending, and lied to me. After several phone calls to ensure the prescription was available, as it had to be ordered, I went to pick it up only to be told it was at a different location. I had JUST confirmed it was this location, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt and headed to the other location, where they informed me it WAS in fact at the first location. They provided a sheet as proof with the prescription and store number it was at. I went back to the first one, spoke to a different individual and showed them the paper, who turned around and got it right out of the bin. I was astounded - the first individual did not even attempt to look. Even when I assured him it should be there, he made no efforts to find this medication, and lied to me. I have worked customer service positions throughout my life and like to think I have alot of patience and empathy for those that are also in the field... however, this was intentionally offensive, stressful, and cost me time I did not have. I will never go back, and I don't recommend you fill any prescriptions here.
