This is the worst branch in the whole Memphis. People are rude but above all incompetent.

That one star is a lie. A million zero stars for this location. RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Manager and pharmacist both awful. Cannot deal with unhappy customers when they are the reason the customers are unhappy. STILL have not been given a reason why Their system who sends the customers “updated” info about their medications are completely different. Pharmacist should be embarrassed that they went to medical school and work here.

In line at the drive thru. It’s been 53 minutes. How is this possible? Never again. Moving my scripts to Kroger.

If I could give 0 or even negative stars I would. I’ll echo what everyone else is saying about the pharmacy staff. They are rude, dismissive, and will blatantly ignore you, even with no other customers around. I used to be a pharmacy tech. When I tell you that there is NO reason for them to be that slow, there is absolutely NO REASON. I don’t think they realize that you can hold a conversation AND count pills at the same time. And I dont think they’re short staffed bc there’s a pharmacist and at least 3 techs every time I go. That’s more than enough people to do everything needed. If not, then they need to take it up with Walgreens and not treat customers badly.

I will spare many details of today's experience, but the sheer number of comments here about the extremely RUDE pharmacy techs at this location needs to be dealt with. Today a female tech told my son he needed to talk to the pharmacist to get an answer to his question, but he needed to 'call back' later. Six hours later I call, the same lady answers, and again refuses to answer simple questions regarding my son's prescription. When I persisted, she began yelling, throwing false accusations my way. She refused to explain why the online medication info was incorrect, & also why the text they had just sent me contained incorrect info.
The bigger question is: WHY is this location (as well as most other Walgreens) okay with them treating customers like this? We began using this store after even worse experiences with the Poplar/White Station pharmacy. The pharmacy manager there is not only rude, but abusive to customers.

RUDEST PHARMACY STAFF, I worked in a Walgreens pharmacy ( poplar & Massey) for 6 years. I was NEVER unkind or rude to customers. Walgreens really needs to do something about how their staff treats other people.

I googled where to get low blood sugar testing and Walgreens was the first palace listed. I ask a tall lady with grey hair about getting the test and very unfriendly, rude and unkindly she made it clear that they do not do that test or any others! I mentioned that I had gotten my information on google and she said, "No you did not". So I googled it again and Walgreens was listed first for low blood sugar test, so I showed it to her and again very very rudely she said "I said we do not do the test". I thought they were there to make you feel better. Sham on her!!!

Worst customer service, especially the people managing the pharmacy. The lady I spoke to was extremely rude and clearly didn’t want to be there. If you aren’t happy with your job, leave and spare others the misery of dealing with you. No wonder this branch has 2 stars.

I come to this Walgreens for little snacks at work and it seems to be that everytime the shelves are empty. When I try to print pictures out it seems like the people who are selected to work the Photo Booth area are always in a horrible mood and/or have horrible customer service.

Literally the worst pharmacy in Memphis. Long lines, rude pharmacy techs. Forget calling because no one answers the phone. The guy in front of me couldn’t pick up his prescription because they lost it. And it’s no wonder there was a blizzard of prescriptions all over the place.

This might be the worst damn Walgreens in the entire chain. EVERYTJING takes forever. They never have enough employees. The pharmacy is the worst I've ever dealt with in my life. Usually takes 30 mins to get through the drive through. Inside ain't much better. Just always a dreadful experience. Seems to be the norm with Walgreens these days.

Slowest Pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with, horrible mistakes every time losing prescriptions, not being able to find them. When you call they immediately put you on hold without asking, and then they hang up on you. They never pick their phone up. I switched all of my prescriptions over to Kroger at Poplar Plaza. That is an amazing pharmacy quick and efficient!
