They are horrible they will cancel your cake a day before pickup ,it happens to me several times at this Walmart location ,, they need to hire some real. Bakers back there that’s willing to work in do their job as orders come in online…they don’t know if people have something planned or not and need a cake for an event ,I hopes the Walmart bakery department see this !!!!! Hire new woman please

My order was canceled the day before pick up. Check your orders daily so that you will know if you have the items needed. Now I have to figure out how to get a cake in 24hrs.

I visited this location after having just arrived in Memphis. It decided to start raining like a major downpour as we parked. We tried to wait it out, but nope, we had to jump out in it. I was dropped off at the door. There were no handicap carts available. The ones that were sitting there were out of order. The shopping carts were soaking wet, so this was already not going to be a pleasant trip to the store. It was going to be a quick grab what you need and leave. That's exactly what I did. I needed soap and some other essentials. I don't think k we even spent a half hour there.

I believe most of us are familiar with Walmart and know what to expect in a Walmart. I had to get a phone charger cable and here was a convenient spot. No issues whatsoever and I was in and out and charging my phone in no time flat.

Every single time I come to this Walmart nobody can open the baby formula! This is like the fifth time I've been here needing formula, because this Walmart is the closest place that carries it, that everyone is extremely rude saying they can't find a key. I ask a bunch of people every one is rude. one lady says she's coming but never does. I wait for at least 10 15 minutes everytime. just for them to come tell me there's no key. the store that requires that key to make sells cannot find the key. I have walked out of here five times with no milk for my child bc of lazy and unhelpful employees. I have given this Walmart plenty of chances bc like I said they are one of the only places that always have his formula stocked but now I see why, bc they don't sell any, bc they never want to open the thing so people can purchase. Walmart check if you guys make formula sells. B because I know the key issue has cost you hi a bit of my money.

Yesterday, I was at Walmart on Raleigh Lagrange MemphisTN. Was gonna do all the shopping; toiletries, cleaning products, pet supplies, groceries last. It's easily a $200 to $250 trip. Was even thinking about buying a futon for my office. That would have been an additional $200. I started in health and beauty & had to get them to unlock a cabinet to get a $7 item. She asked if I was done shopping because she had to walk me and that $7 product directly to a register. I said. Just keep the $#!+ and I left. I was treated like a thief in the first 10 minutes of my visit. Just as well... I would have had to check myself out, bag my own stuff, then prove to the 3 cackling greeter and cashiers NOT working that I paid for my stuff, all without the benefits and training of a Walmart employee.

Went in while to buy one item more than an hour and half before closing time, asked for the camera that was behind a locked glass cabinet door. One employee went to get another who had a key. The other never showed after we waited for about 10 minutes then I got the attention of another employee who screamed from aisles away that "we closed, come back tomorrow!" Worst Walmart customer service and very poorly trained employees. Store was a hot mess, parking lot was filthy. Where is management at his place? I'll buy the camera from Amazon.

Only reason this store is getting one star is because I can't go any lower. HORRIBLE customer service, random head cashier wants to pretend she's the boss and refused to let us talk to the actual store manager. Beyond annoying. Trying to pick up photos but I am unable to pick up my pictures due to the guy working the counter being forced to check out customers. Angela wants to come back there and ask me WHAT MY PROBLEM IS. Girl you've got the wrong one. I cannot wait to call corporate Monday.

This place is the worst... It's almost like shopping in a Third World country... The management sucks no one answers the phone when you order something and go to pick it up nobody answers no one comes out... Do yourself a favor don't shop at Walmart it's just not worth it

This Walmart is a joke.....01/22/2022 get off work at 6pm get to Walmart and at 7:30pm they are announcing that the store will be closing at 8pm The door and there online says that they close at 11 PM people rushing to the registers and we had three people in front of us we get up there and she starts scanning I guess one of her friends stuff that was not even in line and never apologize for doing what she did I'm not surprised this is Walmart they're not known for customer service. Corporate office if you can read this y'all need to step in getting new management and new associates this Walmart is going downhill and this will be one of the Walmart close first in Memphis if it's not fixed soon. And another thing take out all the registers and make them all self check out because I guess y'all think we work for y'all anyways Update 1-30-22 Now door on front says closing 8pm due to they can't get people to work.

This location has terrible customer service especially in the Money Services Department. I try to cash check every single day but it closes before I can get to this location. The management doesn't really care about the customers or trying really hard to train a cashier for that position until they can find a permanent person.

The Wife and I went to this location on 04/03/2021, around 8:00 pm. 1. Shoe dept was a mess. The very shoes we wanted had the right shoe missing, couldn't find it anywhere. There was nearly no steel toe shoes. 2. Checkout lines were backed up as usual with long lines reaching the grocery dept. 3. My wife asked about the lack of checkouts open considering the amount of customers in the store and the long lines. A female employee with no name tag on (of course) then proceeded to call my wife an "********* Verbatim. Was surprised at this, especially considering these things are the stores fault, no one else's. We were also told by a male employee that if we didn't get through the checkout, we would have to leave without us purchasing our items. What!? Who does that, especially considering this is their fault, not their customers, their slow lines caused this, not us, or any other customer. It's plain to see what's going on there by just watching the cashiers, they work in two speeds: slow and stop. They have a very carefree attitude, which causes everyone problems. 4. I enquired to the whereabouts of Nestle chocolate milk mix, to a male employee over in grocery, he had no clue where it was at, didn't help, didn't talk, I could only walk off. It's unbelievable that this is the kind of service we have to deal with, and who let's their employees cuss customers. It does no good to complain to the manager because stores like this support the employee, you have to go to the top!

We have been to both the Walmart's on germantown parkway and Raleigh LaGrange road. Overall we had a good experience at both stores. They had items we needed, great price and our recent visit at the Raleigh LaGrange location was fantastic due to the great employee leading self checkout. It was crazy busy and he was upbeat, had an amazing attitude and was very attentive to support moving the line as quickly as possible.
