My online order was over 2 hours late in total. The first person I asked after an hour told me they would check on it. They did not. 20 minutes later another worked said that my order had gotten lost and I could: 1. cancel 2. get them to resupply which would take 15 minutes. After 15 minutes MORE in the 30 degree weather I went to Customer Service. They sent me to the order processing area. They found my order which was missing an item and now I get home, it's missing another item. The people I dealt with were very nice, I must say, but that does not get back the 2 hours of my day I spent mainly in the cold waiting;

This location has been coming in handy for me lately! They have everything I need and if not I can request for it to be shipped and it arrives if not on the same day eve next day. I have been nesting recently and have been limited to getting out due to medical limitations, so I must give props on who and where I've been shopping to help along this journey. From groceries to household supplies and more I've shopped this location A LOT!! I have also been using the app to pickup items curbside. I love that they have the option to add an additional pickup person. As I type I have an order that has to be picked up today, lol!

Walmart Austin Peay is the worst place I ever shop . 12/14/2024, I had a pick up order from 8-9 pm only because I work so that was the only time I could get there. Get there get on the app let know I have arrived sitting there waiting patiently. I noticed it was 9:00 no one has come out so I called the number posted no answer called the store phone no answer. I pulled from the pickup spot and park proceed to go in the store ask the greeter if there was a manager on duty so told me to walk to end of the register there should be someone. Get to this person I ask him for a manager/supervisor he asked what was the problem I explained to him that I been waiting for someone to bring my order out he stated they have a manager in that department very nasty and rude. So I walked over to pickup no one was in the area everyone had left without telling anyone. Thank God there was an amazing man who didn't work at that store helped me out I would never order from this Walmart again

I desperately need to purchase tires for my car, however, after calling 3 Walmart Supercenters.....I'll never find out the availability for them as NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is the Second day I've tried calling!!!!!

This Walmart location has been on the decline for years and needs to shut down. The store looks like a outlet store with all of the junk that's in the aisles. And they need to have more than two registers open for check out.

something happened to us today and we try to get answers we got hacked we live in Missouri and we got hacked from that Walmart. When we try to reach anybody nobody answered not even The grocery site with a person order a lot of products of our name of my husband's name on top of that. They have phone numbers available for all kinds of section at Walmart but curbside that person ordered groceries off my husbands name we can reach nobody and there is no phone numbers available for the grocery site. we catch it on time that person started ordering a big huge order of my husbands name we are located in Missouri that person lives in Tennessee and shop at that Walmart in Tennessee please guys be careful we canceled the order Police up in Tennessee at that Walmart will investigate it and our police at Missouri will investigate it we are military family we work hard and we are going to figure out and find out what's going on at Walmart why are people get hacked from that store. stay safe

If you can avoid going into this location do so at all cost, drive out of your way if you have to, stock on hand is always pretty good even with the gluten of free Covid aid going on, the problem is customer service or lack there of, the store where "this is not my section", and they turn and walk away or they give you an attitude when you press, was there today and was told by an assistant manager in the automotive section that I couldn't check out at her register because she wasn't a cashier??, when I asked her if she was going to call the cashier I received a bothered look, I just said never-mind and walked away, pitiful, no wonder the workers have poor attitudes if assistant managers act this way.

I never leave negative reviews, but this one is much warranted. I would give this place negative stars if possible. I placed an online order for pickup. I used the app to tell the store I was on my way, and I checked in when I got there. I waited 35 minutes. During that time I called the store pick up line 3 times and the store customer service once (using the number provided for the store in the app). No answers. I had to leave because I had a sick child, so I called again hoping I could get it delivered. Amazingly, someone answered. I told her what happened. She told me no one had called, accused me of lying, and eventually hung up on me. This is by far one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I ended up calling for assistance through the app, and a very nice rep (presumably in a call center) helped me sort it out by canceling everything without a cancellation fee. And, BTW, there's a screenshot of the call log from where I called multiple times while waiting in pickup . I can understand having to wait extended time because the associates are busy. I can even understand incompetence. This, however, was just ridiculous.

Surprise, Surprise, Surprise!!! Came to Walmart on Austin Peay Highway in Raleigh (Memphis) to get a specific thing, and the store does not have it. This is an item that every store of this type and grocery store carries. BUT NOOOO! NOT THIS STORE. Every trip i have made to this particular store has been a waste of time. I have no idea how it manages to keep its doors open. IT IS A FAILURE!!!

Great service. I was in and out in 5 minutes and they had exactly what I needed. I asked a lady in electronics where to find an iPhone 6s car charger and she knew exactly what I needed and it cost less than $20!

I enjoy having a Walmart in my neighborhood. This location is very special to me unlike other locations most of the items are very easy to find... having a grocery section just makes it even more convenient. The Staff is always helpful and OMG THE PHARMACY is the BEST!!!

This Walmart is no longer 24 hours. I'm assuming it's due to the crime rate in the area. Crime doesn't have a zip code but I know it's higher here. Just keep that in mind when you're up at 4am and want to shop before your kids wake up like me, lol!

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. I have complained to Dorothy ( i think is store supv) three times last year and twice this year. The whole store only has TWO working motorized wheel chairs. They are ALWAYS in USE...She said she had ordered 3 more when i spoke to her last year. now she says they are on "back order"?????????? I dont fall for this... I does not take time to get them as new walmart that opened on Raleigh Lagrange has 11 working motorized wheel chairs... So i have to drive way out of my way. I would like to know why Dorothy keeps telling me they have been ordered now back ordered... i want to shop there BUT I CANT... Can anyone at Corporate get some motorized wheel chairs over there PLEASE
