Walmart's gross profits exceed $150,000,000,000 a year and we tolerate abuse from their front line employees...enough is enough. No longer need customer service as consumers seek alternatives like Amazon.

Would give a zero if that were an option. Worst Walmart experience ever. Rude and snarky staff. Not a bit willing to help. Clearly no sense of customer service.
Not at all Walmart’s usual exceptional service.
Some friends told me it’s relative to the part of town, but that’s hard to believe.
Would hope corporate staff could do a turnaround on this store.

Very poorly managed, employees not being trained to be customer friendly or even professional. No one at customer service desk, and when asked employee at self service check out, “ain’t nobody going to be there “
This was 4pm on Wednesday on January 8th, 2025. Come on Walmart!! You can do better than this!!

I tried to ask the heavyset women at the self-checkout if it was ok to check out our items and they pretended to not hear me and proceeded to cackle about it with the other co-worker when I walked off. lol. This happened on Saturday, 12/14/2024 around 4:00pm. Grown women trying to play mean girls is so outdated. I don't respond to that type of foolishness because trash ultimately takes itself out. Customer service skills are severely lacking here. Walmart will hire these types but reject the applications from people who actually know how to interact with the general public. Crazy. Memphis baby, what are you doing.

This store needs to be SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY! The customer service is terrible , everybody has NASTY ATTITUDES And act like they don’t even want to be there . I called about an online order I placed $300 worth , and the girl gave me the run around for about 30 minutes causing my order to be delayed until the next day , I had business to take care of but that delayed my plans as well!! She had a nasty attitude over the phone and complained in my ear about how other people needed to see “what was up with my order” because she’s “ready to go home” WHO DOES THAT or say that ???? I called up there at 9:29 she’s just now letting me know they can’t deliver my order at 9:51 BECAUSE THEY’RE ABOUT TO CLOSE! I asked for the manager name and contact information and was HUNG UP ON?? I will not be purchasing from this store again and I WONT RECOMMEND SHOPPING THERE! I’m very disappointed and upset with the service I’ve received today.

Got groceries delivered & the hummus was moldy. Called the store on 10/17 @ 2:40p to speak to a manager, so they could check the hummus. Told no manager was available. Should always be a manager available

Great for reasonable prices and selections but do not expect over the top, like the employee. I say this since it is very easy to steal and no one cares. Will be back again to do my daily “shopping”.

It's so sad u drive here only to be told we closed at 1039 Walmart needs to fix this it's happening nightly I work until 10pm flying to get here and always disappointed
