I am highly disappointed with this location. I live near and it is very convenient. The last 2 visits, I experienced unprofessional cashiers. The first cashier appeared hesitant to open up her line. When asked if she was opening up, she completely ignored me. When she finally opened, she then seem to throw the food in the bag. I even had to ask her to bag one of the items. Today I went through the self checkout and the attendant was assisting another customer, placing his merchandise off of the line. Several of us were trying to get his assistance but he blew us off stating that he will help when he finishing what he was doing. Needless to say, I left the merchandise bagged at the checkout. I vow not to visit the store again. I am hoping that when they finalize their remodeling, they will consider hiring individuals willing to assist their customers.

Older lady at night on register is very rude to customers unless it's someone she wants to conversat with. She thinks she knows it all and rings up entirely slow. Employees on floor ignore you as if they don't see or hear you or bothering them when trying to ask a question. Poor customer service skills..Money order area is closed at hours it states open and nobody claim to have information about the area..

Due to the time that I went, I was able to get in and out very fast. I even forgot something so I ran back to grab it.And then ran back to the register and still was in and out of thisWalmart under 7 minutes. I just broke my own personal record.

The worst Walmart to ever go to. the staff is so slow, they always have all the cash registers down just so you would use a self check-out! they're lazy,they're useless, not to mention rude as ever !!

They were unexpectedly crowded with about 50 people and only 2 registers. I went to self check out and stood behind about 20 something people after one of the employees that was working self check saw how many items i had. After standing in line for 20 mins its finally my turn to check out and she tell me i have too many items. And so i had to go to another line which took almost 30 mins for me to get checked out. They need to do better.

I had an average experience. The staff was polite, but their efficiency was lacking, leading to extended wait times. The overall atmosphere was ordinary, and there was nothing particularly memorable about my visit.

The attitudes and customer service of the associates here are completely nasty and totally deplorable! I asked one sales associates where would I find potato chips because I wasn't really familiar with the store and she said and I quote the potato chip aisle and that's all she said! No guidance no aisle number nothing! The young lady at the self checkout had the nastiest attitude and spoke to me so rudely when I just asked a question if the open self checkout register took a card! I believe this store needs a major overhaul and/or training for better customer service because it is downright horrible here!
