I have been a loyal customer since it was Wachovia. Wachovia had a very friendly and helpful staffs. Since wells fargos took over, the service remains the same or, dare I say, even a little better. The staffs and bankers are all very friendly and understanding. I was greeted with smiles every single time I been here. Can't say the same for the Germantown location. Not one time did this location gives any sort of attitude. Even though it farther from my home than the Germantown location, I always go to this branch. Never waited longer than 5 minutes and extremely helpful staffs. I decided to write this review because I got my wallet stolen and was extremely paranoid. They walked me through process with ease and beyond patience. I appreciate their empathy for me. So I greatly recommend this bank as the bank of choice.

I have been a user of this bank since it was Wachovia. This is a good location with nice tellers. I always feel safe when I go in. It is exactly what I need in a bank.

Upon entering, my heart sank when I saw two tellers and a ten-deep person line at 9 a.m. I quickly began assessing disaster with my impatience for all things that involve lines. After waiting for five minutes, I noticed that the all-hands-on-deck whistle had been blown, and I asked to be accommodated for returning my safety deposit box keys. Not only was I pleasantly helped by Dillon, the store manager, I was also given information and special attention concerning a re-fi. I have always thought the bank staff have been courteous and kind. This location has far superior banking experience than the branch on Union with some breathing room.

I have never been treated so unprofessionally and shabbily by any Bank in the world. The Management of this branch aught to be ashamed of themselves for the faulty information, requests and service they offer. It is a case of one hand not knowing what the other one is doing. We have had fraud on the account 2 times in 6 months and have been treated as we are to blame. My Mother, who holds the account is 96 and legally blind and deserves more respect and understanding. If you're looking for personal , accurate service this is not the Bank for you. Shame on you Wells Fargo for allowing management to thrive on meanness of spirit.

I never thought I'd write a review of a bank, but the tellers were sweet as pie, a fellow customer kindly pointed out when I left my keys on the counter, AND there's a clean, accessible client restroom?! This place must be in an alternate universe. My most pleasant banking experience EVER. Weird.
