Most of the things on the menu were good. The atmosphere was very friendly and nice. Although there drink machine only had one option which was coke and it was very watered down. This fast food restaurant is still quite amazing.Kid-friendliness: The atmosphere is very kid friendly

I PLACED AN APP ORDER WHICH SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED NO BACON ON THE SALAD, RANCH DRESSING. UPON ARRIVING TO THE RESTAURANT, I HAD TO EXIT THE DRIVETHROUGH TO BE SERVICED ON THE INSIDE, BECAUSE THE LINE WAS NOT MOVING AFTER 5 MINUTES. INSIDE, HAD TO REPEAT MY ENTIRE ORDER FOR THE TEAM, THE MGR WAS 'UNFRIENDLY' AND BLATANTLY UNENGAGING, STARING AT ME UNTIL I SPOKE FIRST. THE RESTAURANT DID NOT HAVE THE DRESSING AND DID NOT REMOVE THE BACON FROM MY SALAD. I HAVE A SWINE/PORK ALLERGY! I CANNOT TOUCH PORK PRODUCTS WITHOUT HAVING A REACTION AND AS SOON AS I OPENED MY SALAD BACON FELL OUT ONTO ME. I CALLED THE RESTAURANT, AND THE PHONE WAS OFF OF THE HOOK, BECAUSE THE LINE WAS BUSY, REALIZING THIS AFTER I CALLED 3 TIMES. I SPENT ALMOST $20, OF WHICH APPROX. HALF WAS WASTED ON A INEDIBLE SALAD. INCORRECT ITEMS COUPLED WITH SUBPAR SERVICE ARE THE REASONS I AVOID WENDY'S AT ALL COST! THIS TRANSACTION WILL MAKE ME RESUME THAT HABIT.Dietary restrictions: Wendy's CLEARLY DOESN'T G.A.F. ABOUT ANY DIETARY RESTRICTIONS OR ALLERGIES, AS THEY INCLUDED MY RESTRICTIVE ITEM ON MY FOOD, MAKING IT COMPLETELY INEDIBLE.

My experience Edwin, this was a good one, they have good sandwiches. They have very good frosty I like they vanilla frosted along with the chocolate frosty, not a fan of the pumpkin spice but every time I go to have the service, it's great, the people are nice and polite and I do get what I order I always want a cheeseburger with no onions, no proposed and I get there. They don't be rude. They be very nice and kind. So once again, thank you, wendy's, for your. Good food and good service and I appreciate all the workout

The lady at the drive through was doing everyone's job plus hers. My order was wrong . (I order a Dave's 2-double with everything combo not Dave's single). It was burnt, cold, and nasty. Yes I call and spoke with manager about it. And she said for me to come and get my meal the next day FREE OF CHARGE!! But I did come I forgot to come.

Manager stated I didn't tell him how to make my food, made it to window before paying asked did they hear my order and was told the food made u gone eat it anyway, lol got my money back and drove off, staff sucks manager sucks and food has been poor shame on you wendys for this type of untrained, unprofessional service 10/01/23 at 5:20 pm sad case and I'm filing a formal complaint zero stars
