I purchased 1pk of catfish steaks and 2pks of catfish fillets and it use to be that Superlo had the freshest and tastiest fish in Memphis but the last 2 times I bought fish there the fish was the worst I've ever tasted! I've been in this neighborhood for over 20+ years and I had never bought bad fish from Superlo so when I bought bad fish the first time I decided to give them a pass thinking that every store could have a bad day but the second time I fried fish from that store the fish was worst than the last time I bought their fish! In fact I tried 2 of the packs and it was so nasty that I'm now afraid to fry the last pack in fact I'm afraid to buy fish from them again ever!!! I don't how they can go from being the best fish to being the worst tasting fish in Memphis!!

My 1st time in this location. I came to pick up a specific product. The store was neat and there were several persons out restocking the shelves. It was good to be in a different store other than Kroger or Walmart. We need more selections in the city. I purchased some produce that turned out to be really good. Plums especially. I did notice multiple items that were expired yet on the shelf. It took about 5 minutes for me to go through eggs to find some that weren't expired. I noticed a few other things as well that were expired. They should do a better job of checking dates on their inventory.

Not my typical grocery store. I cane today because someone reported they had a childhood fan favorite item that I've been searching for. Easy to navigate aisles due to markers.

Today my adult son and I went into the Winchester Rd location. Walked to up to the register and spoke to WHITNEY she did reply it was like a mumble. The bag boy was no better he was talking to another bag boy and stated in the middle of bagging my groceries I'm going on BREAK however, the other bag boy must have told him to come back and finish so he did finish bagging my groceries. When the cashier gave me my change she didn't look at me she didn't say Thank you. I'm a business owner and I take care of my employees. However, my employees must take care of OUR customers by showing appreciation for there patronage who by the way don't have to come into our establishment, that provide us all with a salary. When I receive good service I compliment the worker and leave a tip even when its not necessary. Ladies, Men keep in mind that business owners shop too and we make a mental note of whom we come in contact with. Remember we are employers too! Think about that when you want to take out your frustrations on your next potential EMPLOYER.

It's ok. It's like the movie, "Friday". When you go shopping, they never have the two things that match... Green cabbage with no red cabbage. Spinach with no lettuce. I give up... Walmart it is...

Only come to this location in the morning times when i have to. Their deli foods are always delicious. Extremely busy around holidays the lines are always backed up into the aisles... but that's as to be expected..

Sunday, April 22nd, I picked up an order of 50pc baked chicken. I normally get the fried chicken. This baked chicken was um, um, um I really can't find the right words I wanna use but this chicken was right. I'm very funny bout eating baked chicken elsewhere but they definitely gonna keep my business. That's for sure.
