I am happy to report an outstanding visit with Wheel Workz. On yesterday, I received excellent customer service, working with Mr. Eric. As a woman, I nervous about talking about car issues, but working with Mr. Eric was not only educational, but anxiety reducing. I will be a return customer. For the gentleman that actually work on cars, thank you so much for your impeccable work.

I want to give a huge shout out to Wheel Workz! They did a great job powder coating my son’s rims plus they did it when 901 Sound promised to do it and left me hanging so they did it when I was in a pinch and days before Christmas! Eric Burnett was amazing. They are super nice guys and put new center caps on at the last minute when I wanted to add that. Not only did they take care of his rims, I took it to Mercedes to put the new grill on I bought and it was the wrong size and Mercedes Service couldn’t find anyone to paint it at the last minute so I called Eric at Wheel Workz and he hooked us up with a guy who got it done in time for Christmas. My son wanted his car blacked out for Christmas and it wouldn’t have happened without Eric and Wheel WORKZ….A HUGE THANK YOU TO ERIC AT WHEEL WORKZ! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

INCREDIBLY slow!! Be prepared to be there 3 plus hours or have a back up ride to come back later. I was there when the store opened and didn’t leave til past noon

These guys are great! They did a really nice repair job on my wheel and beat everyone’s pricing on a new tire. Highly recommend. Mr Ed Sample was a standout. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and kind.

I stop in wheel work and was in the market for rims and tires for my SUV..I talk to salesman name Eric..very professional gentleman off the bat ..I was confused about rims and tires..but Eric walked me thru showed me the best design for my budget..and people my truck looks great..I highly recommend stopping by wheel work and talk to Eric.. people you want be disappointed..

I want everyone to know that this place is absolutely the BEST hands down. Eric is what customer service is all about. He is knowledgeable and approachable. He gave me several choices of wheels and tires to choose from, with no pressure sales. I am thankful for all his help in getting me those new GM wheels and tires for my truck. Your work does not go unnoticed. Even other customers in the waiting room spoke highly of him. I will be back for all my wheel and tire needs.
