Ordered wings 3 hours in advance. Waited 30 minutes in store because our order wasn’t ready. Then when I went back up to the counter they said it would be another 30 minutes. I asked to be refunded. They said they don’t do refunds and would have to reach out to their manager. They took my information and no one ever called. We had to call corporate and it took me over a week to get my $108 back. Not impressed with this location. Will not be back.

The service at this restaurant is unsatisfactory. I ordered wings with sauce and they barely had any sauce on it. The dry rub wings I ordered were soaked. I called and offered to bring the wings back but that’s not something they do. I spoke with the General manager who advised me to text her my confirmation number and said I would get a refund within 3-5 business days. I never received a refund and when I called to speak with the manager she was not there. When I have physically gone into this establishment it was always unprofessional. The employees are arguing with each other or someone is taking a personal call while customers need to be serviced. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. I will be reporting this to the better business bureau. There’s no reason I should have to go back and forth with a company when my food was not made correctly, I was told I would get a full refund and still haven’t.

This place is overhated. The staff are very friendly and the place is very clean. Food is juicy and has amazing flavor. Will be back!

Waited around 40 minutes for our food. They gave me boneless wings with NO SAUCE. Nothing, literally chicken nuggets. We asked them to fix and they said there’s no sauce left….like why not just tell us that instead of giving it to us like that thinking we’re stupid. And on top of that my other chicken order was dry and no flavor. Save your money from this place. I don’t even know how to talk to customer service as I ordered online. Whatever.

Terrible service. It should not take 1.5 hours for a to go order of wings. Food was good but won't go again due to the service issues.

I had to wait 45 minutes for my order. They didn’t put the lids on the sauces & all of the sauces fell out of the bag & busted all over my sidewalk & on my shoes. Terrible service. They don’t care. I asked to speak to Antonio the manager & the employees laughed in my face & he never came to talk to me. Do not buy from this place EVER!!!!!!

Couldn’t be worse. Placed an order on the phone at 7:03 pm. At 8:04 they don’t have the order in the store. I call online to check on the status. While on hold I’m told there is no order associated with my phone number. We placed a new order around 8:07 (this time in the app), left and came back at 9:07…We are still waiting. The only reason we stayed is because we paid and had our taste buds fixed for the food. We missed our movie time as well. Didn’t know this Wing Stop was as ghetto as the new Chipotle. Hoping to get my wing stop fix satisfied (when we eventually get our order) so I don’t have to come back for another 5 years.

I usually don’t do reviews but the wait time here is awful. I was quoted 16 - 20 minutes before pickup and I have been waiting for over an hour. Sadly I’m still here but I WILL NOT be coming back.

My experience is just like Isaac’s as I ordered online last Saturday and was quoted 20 minutes.Short version is I waited over an hour for my food despite the app saying it was completed, and only then after showing an employee did the order get made. At that point I had seen several people come in, order, and leave with bigger orders than myself.I dunno if a walk in took my order or if they just are ignoring online orders, but the service is abysmal and I won’t order from this location again.

extremely slow service. waited nearly 2 hours for a wing combo and a chicken sandwich combo. the staff seemed more focused on talking and playing with each other than getting orders. several other customers had extremely long wait times

Waited 45 minutes over the time order was to be ready. After being told it would be ready in a minute when walked in. Girl at the counter had bad attitude. They want refund your money. I wasn't to only person with this issue.

Order online for pick up ,waited for 15 minutes for nothing because the order was ready and employee kept me waiting for nothing while the food get cold .
