Very professional shipper. The staff was very courteous and helpful during my visit showing every concern about my needs. They made sure I had all information correct on the Bill of Laden and gave me personal attention the minute I walked into the business.

As of two years ago we do not let let non xpo drivers parked on this property anymore. Just check in at the Security shack and they will let you know if your load is ready or not.

It’s easy, but I know why ppl can get upset. their dispatchers should tell them what is the process here. If you don’t want to wait than don’t pick up load but if you want to do reset and get loaded than yeah. So far everyone is nice here.
